Under the general direction of the Club InterContinental Manager, and within the limited of established IHG and local hotel policies and procedures, provides supportive functional assistance to all departments; interact with guests and members of the community. As Manager of the Programming & Outreach team, you will manage the President*s Design Award (P*DA), from the planning and execution of the major milestones, to conceptualising strategies and programmes that recognise and celebrate Singapore’s top design talents and amplify their impact to the wider society.

You will be the driving force behind P*DA

• The entire P*DA cycle, covering the major milestones including the Call for Entries, Jury Session and Award Ceremony
  The development and production of content, including the P*DA publication, videos and other online and offline materials, as well as local and international P*DA outreach programmes
  All procurements related to P*DA
  Impact studies and other types of measures that will tell us how well we are running our programmes.
