Key Responsibilities
· Assist in identifying and socializing both the Personal Segment Strategy and related initiatives together with the Employee Banking Strategy and related initiatives in support of realizing agreed Segment and Channel objectives.
· Help to ensure clear understanding and alignment of strategic objectives, priorities and initiatives are socialized with relevant Stakeholders at Group and in Country
· Partner with Country Stakeholders to identify current / future states, key challenges, gaps, and initiatives required to achieve ambitions with a keen focus on Productivity and Performance Management.
· Identify suitable Business Models and Cases, Financial Projections, Identify Risks, Issues in Support of Key Initiatives and Assist in Managing Investment Asks and Budgeting Activities, including Stakeholder Alignment and Initiative Execution
· Help form and drive execution of key initiatives (such as the Bank’s Efficiency Program, Incentive Campaigns) through Group and Countries, providing support from Group to help evolve capacity, capability and ways-of-working, as necessary, and drive delivery and benefits realisation.
· Track and monitor performance and scorecards across sales teams, service teams, commercials, customer experience, products, channels, platforms and countries.
· Assist in developing a wide variety of materials (e.g., Regular and Ad-hoc Business Reporting, Monthly Business Review, Board Updates, Strategy Papers) and Resources (Group Employee Banking Pitch Books, Strategy Execution Frameworks)
· Take ownership of work to be done as required to drive progress.

Our Ideal Candidate
· Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant field, with strong commercial mindset
· 8+ years of experience with one or more financial products, such as Deposits, Lending, Wealth, and Insurance
· Experience in relevant banking channels, including Mobile Banking and Employee Banking
· Experienced in data analysis who is comfortable generating data-driven insights and conclusions.
· Experience in articulating and proving business opportunities, initiatives, and their outcomes.
· Highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
· Strong project management, governance, and reporting experience
· Capable of understanding the big picture, combined with an eye for detail.
· Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience in negotiation and the ability to align complex and navigate through situations.
· Comfortable with ambiguity and working against tight timelines.
· Consulting experience would be considered a bonus.
