· Coordinator to manage existing volunteers and develop volunteers in skillsets and learning opportunities in volunteerism

· Develop, plan and execute creative volunteer recruitment and retention strategies for befriending programme and other areas and events

· Review, enhance and implement volunteer management policies and processes (e.g. volunteer selection, training, development, recognition, engagement)

· Monitor and evaluate volunteer activities to ensure effectiveness

· Organise annual Volunteer Appreciation

· Develop risk mitigation measures and a volunteer continuity plan

• Sales development for Energy Storage Systems (ESS) with lithium-ion batteries.
• Proposal process know-how and integration of battery cells, modular systems, packs, and monitoring systems.
