As our high growth momentum continues, we're currently hiring for Sales Manager to join our expanding medical sales team in Singapore! The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of successful Medical Device and Medical Supply sales management experience (Wound Care is a plus!) In this role you will:

· Reporting to Managing Director.

· Prospect and establish new opportunities by managing sales pipeline and developing and delivering proposals to customers by illustrating DuoMed’s value proposition.

· Develop and design the solutions selling strategies for new business opportunities.

· Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to explore opportunities for sales of products from both current portfolio and sourcing model.

· Demonstrate use of advanced selling skills in the field, such as making good opening statements, connecting with the customer, collaborating with different business units within organization and creating the value proposition and closing.

· Maintain accurate and current records of proposals, opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads and actions for project pipelines.

· Confidence and tolerance to collaborate up, down, and sideways as needed.

· Build and sustain relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Sell consultatively, detailing products, determine customer needs and requirements, and make recommendations to both prospects and customers of the various solutions DuoMed can offer their business.

· Monitor competitive activity and industry trends, fosters competitive solutions to meet sales goals.

· Timely submittal of forecasts, weekly reports, monthly highlights and other related reports of the market to Managing Director.

· Regular and proactive updating of management on any new developments in the marketplace for example: competitor behaviors, product issues, customer changes, wins or potential misses

· Maintain intensity, persistence and continually strive to increase market share.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum a bachelor’s degree in any field.

· Minimum of 3 years in product management experience (Sales) and minimum of 1 years in sales team management.

· Strong understanding of the medical industry.

· Excellent communications and relationship development.

Principal Responsibilities

Actuarial responsibilities in HSBC Life are split between the Appointed Actuary (regulatory deliverables such as RBC2 reporting and discretionary benefit decisions) and the Head of Corporate Actuarial (corporate actuarial deliverables such as financial reporting and the modelling and assumptions supporting these, and strategic actuarial projects). Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of Downstream Capex Projects, ensuring successful delivery throughout their entire lifecycle. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Downstream Capex Projects, from front end development to detailed design, construction, and commissioning.
• Employ the Shell Project Management Framework (PMF) and Opportunity Delivery Manual (ODM) to ensure projects are completed on schedule, on budget, and with an impeccable safety record.
• Provide regular project updates on cost and timeline performance, emerging risks, and mitigation measures.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Central Kitchen Cook is responsible for preparation, cooking and baking food products as per the defined SOPs in a timely manner.

He/She may also supervise the kitchen assistants' work outputs on a daily basis (i.e. ingredient prep, packaging) and ensure that workstations and cooking equipment are cleaned and maintained on a regular basis.

Administrative Functions:

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

Responsible for performance expertise and operational excellence in Energy & Utilities assets (Power plant, Utilities plant and water treatment plants etc) operation to ensure good plant availability, reliability and optimization.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting Reliability Analysis: Perform data analysis, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis to identify potential failures, their impact, and underlying causes.
• Developing Maintenance Strategies: Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, condition-based monitoring programs, and reliability-cantered maintenance (RCM) strategies.
• Implementing Asset Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as mean time between failures (MTBF), mean time to repair (MTTR), and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) to assess asset reliability and measure improvements.
• Carry out plant performance monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization for Energy & Utilities assets (Power plant, Utilities plant, water treatment etc) to ensure plant availability, reliability, efficiency and environmental compliance.
• Quarterly performance test for power plant, including data analysis and assessment of the plant efficiency, deep dive to identify the performance gap and root causes analysis, recommendation of the actions to rectify the identified issues, and post review.
• Monitor the plant water chemistry, identify the gaps and recommend the actions for process adjustment
• Perform mass balance analysis of all the processes to identify/rectify issues and minimize uncounted losses.
• Maintain and progressive improvement of the mass balance monitoring system.
• Track GHG emission and drive toward emission reduction.
• Initiate and drive the optimization initiatives of the operating assets to achieve reliability improvement, cost optimization and GHG emission reduction.
• Develop, implement and progressive improvement of the performance monitoring tools to enhance the work efficiency through automation and digitalization.
• Develop, update and implement plant performance related SOPs and workflows.
• Provide technical support related to plant performance to Power and utilities projects under development.
• Keep track on the development and implementation of new technologies in power and utilities industries and explore the feasibility of implementing such in the Company’s assets and new projects to improve reliability, efficiency, and sustainability, such as hydrogen blending, ammonia, battery storage, and carbon capture etc.
• Supervises and oversees performance and reliability personnel skill improvement, training, and safety programs.

MAJOR CHALLENGES TO OVERCOME

• Data Quality and Availability: Dealing with data challenges, such as inconsistent or incomplete data, and establishing robust data collection processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.).
• Proven experience (10-15 years) in power/utilities plant operations and maintenance
• Knowledge of reliability methodologies, including FMEA, RCM, and condition-based maintenance.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices.
