APAC Director of Revenue Management is a senior member of YOTEL’s commercial team supporting YOTEL Singapore Orchard Road and YOTELAIR Singapore Changi. He or she is responsible for creating and executing comprehensive commercial strategies to maximise market share at each hotel within the region and effectively communicate with the owners and franchisees. He/she is responsible for driving the revenue strategy, optimising distribution channels and overseeing the APAC Commercial Strategy. This role will provide clear reporting and analytics that translates into performance insight and subsequent deployment of short-term tactical decisions and longer-term strategic planning to influence performance. Regional Performance

• Provide proactive and strategic support to all new hotels in the region to ensure timely ramp-up of performance metrics. Conduct post-opening performance review, identify areas of opportunity for hotel improvement, and partner with the hotel team on relevant implementation of actions.
• Lead the regional Business Performance team and the hotel team to drive market share and revenue performance of each YOTEL within the assigned region.
• Provide leadership for on-property GMs and sales leaders to maximise profit.
• Effectively communicate the hotel’s short, medium, and long-term strategy with the ownership by becoming the face of the brand.
• Regularly consult the franchisees to ensure they are getting the best value out of YOTEL’s commercial engine and the brand performance team.
• Consult on commercial strategies and initiatives that drive market leadership and profitability for the franchise hotels in the region.
• Drive each YOTEL’s commercial strategy by developing and implementing cohesive plans that include both the on and above-property resources.
• Devise a 360-degree sales & marketing plan for each hotel and work with on-property sales team, and the regional revenue and marketing directors for effective execution.
• Ensure effective inventory and pricing strategies by each market segment are implemented at each YOTEL.
• Cooperate with the brand performance team to maximise the demand at the right time for the right guests.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead a world class team of roughly 5 CSMs in the APAC region, covering our customers in China, Australia, Japan and more
• Recruit and develop a high performing team, helping uplevel our CSMs to meet their company goals while preparing them for the next steps in their careers
• Deliver transformational leadership so the team is highly motivated, supported, and engaged. Be a role model and maximize the strengths of your team
• Own the gross and net revenue retention number for your team, building a strategic plan to retain and grow your book of business quarter after quarter
• Independently handle escalated client issues with urgency, providing guidance to the team while serving as an escalation point that can deescalate situations
• Lead the APAC team renewal strategies, partnering with cross-functional teams like Sales, Marketing, and Finance to proactively plan renewals well in advance
• Work closely with the GTM teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, etc.) to align on strategies, forecasting, account plans, and expansion opportunities
• Share key insights about Forter’s product and processes internally with our Product and leadership teams to help point the company roadmap in the right direction

Who are you?:

• 10+ years of CS experience working with large enterprises on software solutions
• 5+ years of management experience as a CS team manager or leader
• Experience in a SaaS startup serving customers that include those in mainland China. Fraud, payments, professional services, and eCommerce experience is a bonus
• Strong management presence and leadership ability, with communication and interpersonal skills that motivate leaders and teams
• Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development, problem solving, communication, delegation, and planning
• Excellent communication skills especially at the C-level. Past experience working with senior C-level executives both internally and externally
• Experience building exceptionally strong relationships with x-functional leaders. Sharing a clear vision for your team as well as enlisting internal support for initiatives
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, be trusted to drive initiatives autonomously and gain buy in from a wide collection of stakeholders
• Ability to break down ambiguous and nuanced problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
