Responsibilities:
Full sets Accounting.
Complying with all entities accounting and financial regulations.
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
Maintaining accurate financial records.
Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.
Assist in payroll related matters.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting or related field.
Minimum 3 years related experience in Accounts and HR.
Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
Experience in Retail or F&B industry.
Familiar with Xero accounting system
