Job Summary:

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the replacement of carpets, galley mats, and lavatory mats on aircraft. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

· Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of carpet, galley, and lavatory mat replacement tasks in alignment with maintenance schedules.

· Conduct pre- and post-service inspections to ensure replacements are correctly installed and meet safety regulations.

Team Management

· Assign tasks to team members based on individual skills and project needs.

Educational Requirements

· Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role is preferred.
