Job Overview:

As a Quantity Surveyor specializing in Interior Design and Renovation, you will handle essential cost management, contract management, and tendering processes for various interior fitting-out projects. This role requires a thorough understanding of quantity surveying practices, cost estimation, and contract negotiation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity measurement for project progress claims, quotations, and final accounts.
• Handle pre/post-contract quantity surveying duties such as taking off quantities, cost control, and finalizing costs.
• Develop and submit tenders per requirements, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Prepare and analyze costings for tenders and project estimates.
• Source and compile quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, reviewing pricing and certifying contractor claims.

Requirements:
