Our clinic is looking to hire a part time clinic assistant. This part time staff will be required to come on a daily basis for shorter hours on weekdays and also half days on Saturdays.

The job scope of the clinic assistant includes duties at the clinic reception such as answering incoming phone calls, making appointments for patients, sending patient reminders, registering patients, taking weight and height, taking vital parameters (heart rate and blood pressure).

The clinic assistant is also expected to help the doctor with procedures in the room.

The clinic assistant will also need to see to the tidiness and upkeep of the clinic.

Other duties include stock take, assisting the doctor in preparing and dispensing medication.

The applicant should have at least 3 years working in a general practice or specialist outpatient clinic.

The application should also have experience using clinic software e.g. Plato, Clinic Assist, etc.

The applicant will need to have a mininum O level education with decent grades in English and Mathematics.

Commissioning (Cx) Lead Engineer – Mechanical, Data Centre

Role: Leads the commissioning of all mechanical systems within the data center, with a focus on achieving optimal cooling and environmental control essential for data center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement mechanical commissioning procedures .

Ensure systems are tested for cooling redundancy and efficiency, meeting stringent uptime and temperature control requirements.

Oversee performance testing of cooling systems, including airflow management and pressure tests to prevent hotspots and optimize cooling efficiency.

Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure mechanical systems align with energy efficiency, environmental, and operational goals of data centers.

Troubleshoot and optimize complex mechanical systems to ensure high reliability and continuous operations.

Provide technical reports on system performance and recommendations for mechanical systems' long-term operation.

Familiarity with ASHRAE data center cooling guidelines.

Meeting with clients to assess their carpeting needs.

Laying out carpet samples for customer selection.

Measuring rooms and drawing up specifications for the carpets.

Providing clients with accurate quotes based on room size and stock prices.

Ordering stock from the warehouse and arranging an installation day with the client.

Processing service orders and stock notes.

Removing old carpeting and flooring.

Rolling out, measuring, and cutting carpets to size.

Gluing or stapling carpets to the floor, stairs, or wall.

Finishing edges with a wall trimmer and correcting

Deployment:

1. Base Contract Period: 1 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024
2. Training Days: Every Tuesday and Thursday - 3.30 pm to 6 pm

• Excluding public holidays, school holidays and CCA stand down period for exams.
• The School may request for additional training session(s) for key milestone events.

Scope of Works:

• Estimated Total Hours per year: 152.5 hrs (25 sessions x2.5 hrs) + (90 hrs rehersals)

1. To deliver lessons as scheduled which allow students to have fun and enjoy developing their acting skills as well as have the opportunity to conceptualise, rehearse and block short pieces on their own in small groups.

2. To work with teacher producer(s) to plan, block, direct, rehearse, teach and run one full length theatre production of 2-3 hours runtime per year, including working with teacher producer(s) on sets, props, costumes, lighting and sound. The performance should be of a published script (or double bill of published scripts) at a suitable level for Secondary students, e.g. Shakespeare in the original language, youth theatre pieces of an appropriate level with adequate literary and dramatic content.

To direct, advise and otherwise support the delivery of other activities of the club from time to time such as the production of short original films, the delivery of VIA performances and workshops, a short piece for the Performing Art Night Festival.

Requirement:

1. All instructors must be registered with MOE as CCA performing Arts (Drama) or AMIS
2. Degree in Theater Studies
3. Other Professional Qualifications or certifications in either

• Drama/Speech and Drama or Musical Theatre performance or both
• extensive experience coaching or teaching drama or both.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan work schedule, resources (manpower, material, equipment) and execute project
• Regular communication with project stakeholders to coordinate site works
• Execute project in accordance with workplan and construction drawings with no compromise on quality and safety
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from a University recognised by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore (PEB)
• 3 years relevant working experience
• Willing to learn and have initiative
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant

• Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment

Qualifications for Administrative Assistant

• High school diploma or general education.
• 1-2 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Any additional certifications
• High degree of attention to detail
• Data entry experience
• Working knowledge of general office equipment

Attend field service ticket assigned by helpdesk, working on the ticket with status update, interrupt the ticket whenever necessary, close ticket when done with resolution. Follow up with interrupt tickets. Maintain a good manner for parts handling, for return & disposal.

Installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises. Provides scheduled inspection, cleaning and other services and performs minor product repairs within an assigned territory. Inspects products for correct operation and resolves noted issues and / or escalates according to established procedure. Schedules services, completes all required paperwork and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Gains familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures.

· With guidance and / or in conjunction with more experienced technicians performs any or all of the following: Incident Handling: Utilizes diagnostic tools to perform troubleshooting via detailed analysis of hardware and software failures.

· Performs hardware repairs on a component level.

· Cleans and adjusts mechanical components.

· Configures and installs applicable software.

· Preventive Maintenance: Performs routine checks according to documented procedures.

· Refills consumables as directed.

· IMAC/R: Installs, moves, adds, changes and removes hardware and software products.

· Customer Training: Instructs and trains customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software.

· Participates in regular hardware and software trainings (on the job, classroom and web based).

· Participates in the implementation of measures to achieve agreed KPIs.

· Assists with special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic Mandarin language skill required due to operational needs.
• Exceptional customer service skills are needed.
• Ability to organize and inventory truck stock parts and tools.
• Sense of urgency, organizational skills, professional presence and work in team environment.
• Ability to pass MVR, background and drug test where required.
