Job Duties:

• Assist with day-to-day compensation activities such as reviewing compensation transactions in the HR system, and conduct data analysis and reporting.
• Participate and assist with compensation processes such as bonus planning, annual compensation planning, equity planning, and promotions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure that compensation recommendations are sound and supported by data.
• Provide compensation support to the HR and business as needed.
• Ensure compliance with global policies and guidelines.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel).
• Understanding of compensation principles and practices.

Job Description

• Ensure that all spa and beauty bookings are made in the most effective and productive manner to maximize treatment opportunities
• Display excellent customer service, support and awareness at all times
• Perform all spa treatments and services to a high standard as set during training
• Ensure that spa outlet is very well presented and take personal responsibility for all treatment areas
• Manage stock levels and follow all usage guidelines set during training
• Ensure that all retail and professional stock is secure and always handled correctly
• Actively report any issues relating to the operation along with any additional ideas for improvements to the manager
• Build rapport, develop, maintain positive working relationships with the spa team and management

Requirements

• Capable of learning new programs and procedures quickly and accurately
• Effective communication skills.
• Minimum 3 year of relevant experience
• Able to work on weekends / public holidays
• Pleasant personality, positive attitude and hardworking

Job Responsibilities

• Define principles and implement logic for computation of variable cost components at geographical, trade level, in order to derive a standard cost box rate by equipment size type for every port-pair combination
• Continual enhancement of costings logics in order to adapt to the changing market landscape and to drive optimal pricing and cargo selection decisions
• Perform regular analysis to identify and report any variances between the calculated costs and actual shipping operations costs
• Perform periodic assessment and analysis of equipment situation at each location to determine the equipment balance assumption and repositioning costs applied in system.
• Collaboration with multiple stakeholders from regional offices, local agents, procurement, finance, trades, etc to provide accurate cost information in system
• Provide business requirements to Information System Department for any analysis of backend data and development of system enhancement to improve costing accuracy

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Maritime, Data Science, Statistics or equivalent
• Possess excellent data management, spreadsheet, and presentation skills. Knowledge in Tableau, Power BI preferred but not compulsory
