Project Engineer

Basic: $2,700 - $3,800
Working Hours: 5 Days Mon-Fri (830am to 530pm)
Location: Jalan Kilang Timor, Redhill (Office) / Current project - Jurong or Woodlands Area

Responsibilities

• Able to manage project with minimal supervision;
• Attends external project kick-off meetings, meetings with clients or consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, project meetings and internal project closure meeting;
• Ensures the adherence to the safe work procedure (SWP) established; and implement risk control measures;
• Resolves site problems proactively in a timely manner;
• Ensures the timely preparation of project progress and other reports;
• Follows up on all aspects of QA/QC matters; records all defects works and ensure proper documentation;
• Co-ordinates daily activities of workers’ duties and to ensure that they are performed in a proper manner;
• Makes daily checks on work progress, housekeeping and safety implementation on site with safety personnel;
• Assists in cost control by reducing materials wastage, usage of tools and equipment, etc;
• Request and initiate orders of materials required for projects;
• Documentation on project progress and damage;
• Ensures proper project documentation including email communication;
• Any other related duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with working experience.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, MS Project and able to read construction drawing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate marketing campaigns for the Group's brands.
• Write, edit, and proofread publicity materials and menus.
• Conceptualize and create print and online marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, EDMs, and website content.
• Generate content (editorial copy and visual design) for digital marketing and social media platforms, including basic photography and videography.
• Drive public interest in various brands through marketing campaigns and partnerships.
• Establish and build relationships with business partners through joint programs.
• Collaborate with management to create proposal decks for new programs and events.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of related experience in marketing, service, or the F&B industry.
• A strong network, including media, social influencers, and industry partners, is an asset.
• Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking, speaking, and writing abilities.
• Strong creative writing and copywriting skills.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in using social and online media for marketing, especially Chinese social media platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in digital marketing/social media software and presentation software.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office and Canva.
• Dynamic, resourceful, self-driven, hardworking, confident, and outgoing with great interpersonal skills.
• Effective team player with the ability to interact with an international community from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience or exposure in the F&B industry is an advantage.

Additional Information:

• Working hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
• AWS + VB provided
• No work from home arrangement
