As a Cross-border eCommerce Senior Manager at P&G, you will be one of our key drivers behind our continued growth and success! With our commitment to innovation, it's you who will develop go-to-market commercial plans for SK-II, a prestige skincare brand with focus on the cross-border eCommerce channel.
Your team
You will report to the Market Strategy Director of Global Travel Retail, based in Singapore. As part of a winning team of both business leaders and experts in SK-II, you will work closely with multi-functional & diverse team of experts across the globe!
Responsibilities
You will have end-to-end ownership of SK-II Global Travel Retail’s cross-border eCommerce channel, from developing winning commercial plans to selling in the plans to the Customer.
- Define Key Business Drivers for the cross-border eCommerce channel, specific to Prestige skincare
- Design winning commercial plans to deliver against channel revenue targets, with buy-in from internal stakeholders for necessary investments
- Lead sell in of plans to the Customer, ensuring execution excellence at every Customer and Consumer touchpoint
- Define pricing and promotion strategy for Global Travel Retail business, in line with your channel key business drivers. Track promotion efficiency, ROI/cost-event analysis to ensure the best outcome for our in-market investments.
- Act in compliance with internal stewardship policies on compliant spending to ensure the best use of budgets and no control outages.
Qualifications - External
- Minimum 2 years of China eCommerce experience (e.g. DouYin, T-Mall Global) as the role requires local consumer understanding to develop brand equity and marketing strategies for China market. Specific Cross-border eCommerce experience would be an advantage.
- Expertise of operations at 1) Joint Business Planning (JBP) meetings with key customers and 2) Commercial planning and processes.
- Knowledge in Beauty/Skincare/Prestige brands.
- Understanding of Travel Retail channel would be an advantage.
- High proficiency in business Mandarin as the role requires local consumer understanding to develop brand equity and marketing strategies for China market.
- Proven ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and optimally to external and internal stakeholders.
- Flexibility in travel – 20-30% (8-12 times a year including Customer Meetings, Internal meetings, etc.)
