The Vice President Sales will lead the company's sales efforts, driving revenue growth and expanding relationships with strategically important customers.

Position overview
The Vice President Sales will drive business growth by:

· Hunt and develop new clients from relevant industries.

· Maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important customers.

· Responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned STRATEGIC account objectives.

· Responsible for presenting the entire range of company’s manufacturing capabilities on component parts and services to new customers while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

· Has great network and relationships with high level commodity/sourcing decision makers.

· Resourceful in market opportunities and result-driven personality.

Responsibilities:

· Establish productive relationships with key personnel in hunting new accounts.

· Coordinate company resources to meet account performance objectives.

· Meet assigned sales targets and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

General Office Administration

• Managing incoming and outgoing mail
• Handle office facility maintenance, including liaising with vendors
• Monitor and replenish office and workshop supplies (groceries, stationery, corporate gifts, and drinks)

Vendor & Asset Management

• Coordinate with vendors for regular maintenance and ad-hoc repairs
• Ensure smooth operations of company equipment, including photocopy machines and office appliances.

Event Coordination

• Organise staff events such as outdoor lunches, year-end dinners, and other team-building activities.
• Coordinate catering and office gatherings as needed.

Administrative Support

• Oversee the part-time cleaner and ensure the cleanliness of the office and workshop
• Update staff leave records
• Manage monthly utility, phone and internet bills
• Assist with PSA pass applications/renewal and vehicle road tax reminders

Corporate Tasks

• Track and order corporate merchandise (e.g. polo tees, gifts)
• Coordinate the printing of corporate materials and name cards
• Facilitate the purchase of company gift vouchers and follow up with malls for procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role
• No experience can apply (willing to learn, positive attitude)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good Communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders

Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain good and friendly customer relations with members and guests.

2. Attend to members’ enquiries, requests and bookings on the phone and in-person

3. Perform billing duties including but not limited to membership verification, billing entries, administering different modes of payment and end-of-day summary.

12. Assist administrative team in event support including cold calls and event registration.

13. To decorate and oversee the birthday bowling parties held at Seletar Bowl where required

14. To handle bowling competitions, leagues and scoring of the bowlers.

15. To work on rotation at main reception and bowling reception as scheduled

16. Keep abreast with general club updates and upcoming events and promotions to provide members with accurate information.

17. Announce messages over Club PA system where necessary.

18. Notwithstanding the above, you are required to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

· Basic computer literacy

· Working proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Able to speak and write English proficiently

· Customer service experience would be an advantage

6 days rotating shift
