• Producing the tender documentation, including project specifications and contract schedules such as Summary of Tender and Schedule of Rates;
• Progressing the design in accordance with the Design Checklist;
• Chairing Sub-contractor progress meetings;
• Chairing Mechanical Department Client weekly Meetings;
• Liaising with Quality Assurance / Quality Compliance Engineers to ensure they are aligned with the requirements of the specification;
• Mentoring of an Engineer with the intent of securing properly trained personnel to ensure the continual expansion of the company;
• Ensuring each System Supervisor is provided with the current and applicable shop and space management drawings;
• Ensuring the System Supervisor is fully briefed on the awarded scope of work, the tender technical documents and all contractual revisions to tender documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in design & construction

Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play

• Perform monitoring, analysis and escalation of real-time operation events.
• Monitor attendance records of all AETOS employees and provide detailed reports to management.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Driving force for an Eagle Club Softball development program, forming skills groups and competitive teams for travel tournaments
• Coordinate and perform administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Baseball in addition to coaching duties
• Liaise with on-island teams to coordinate games/events
• Daily and weekly management and communication of program schedules to families which includes training, scrimmage games, and private lessons
• Enhancing the program by structuring training drills for members as appropriate, sourcing new coaching techniques and teaching methods
• Monitoring and reporting individual player progress with an administrative overview
• Ensuring facilities, equipment, and training methods are in line with SAS standards and protocols
• Move equipment as required
• Managing and announcing team rosters for specific tournaments throughout the year
• Preparing the team for tournament games with drills, exercises, and team talks
• Coach age group(s) and team(s) assigned by the Head of Baseball at tournaments
• Identifying volunteer assistant coaches and team ambassadors who will help coordinate teams as needed
• Carrying out any administrative matters as needed for the programs assigned by the Head of Baseball
• Assisting with player drafting in order to achieve balance among teams
• Organizing and conducting coaches clinics for volunteer parents
• Assisting or leading team practices
• Assisting with Little League in a similar capacity as outlined above, time and resources permitting

Work Schedule

The work schedule shall be set by the Head of Eagle Club Baseball in conjunction with the SAS School Eagle Activities and Athletics office and will be structured to ensure smooth overall program operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (or similar), from an accredited college or university, or equivalent professional experience
• National Federation High School softball coaching certification, or equivalent
• High School Varsity level playing experience, or equivalent; Pitching/Catching experience preferred
• Minimum two years Head Coaching experience at youth or High School level
• American Red Cross First Aid & CPR or equivalent
• Able to read, write, and perform basic math and should have strong organizational, budgetary, and computer (especially Google Suite, SchoolsBuddy, and Finalsite) skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Required SAS Health, Safety, and Safeguarding Protocols:

• Ensure that program areas, equipment, and supplies are maintained in an orderly and safe manner.
• Report any items that may provide a health or safety hazard to staff, members, or guests to your supervisor or the person responsible for those items at your site

Job Summary:

To manage Sales policies, procedures and practices within Dril-Quip (Europe) Limited within all operating countries. To provide resources to support direct reports. To lead the sales effort in the DQE region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, & ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Facilitating sales of all DQ products
• Assisting Account Managers and Sales team on technical and commercial issues
• Directing resources in Company to properly support sales effort, including working closely with the General Manager, Manufacturing, Service, Projects, and Engineering to direct Company resources in the right place at the right time
• Travelling to area offices to directly support the sales efforts
• Reviewing quotes and sales orders for accuracy and relevance
• Preparing for exhibitions of products, giving input on which shows to attend and giving input on graphics and approach to the shows in each area
• Reviewing bookings and sales forecast for all areas
• Planning and preparing sales meetings
• Reviewing bookings and revenue budgets for the region
• Training and making sales calls with Sales team on an as needed basis
• Assisting Sales team on managing problems with customers on an as needed basis
• Targeting new areas for growth for the Company
