Responsibilities and Duties:

Evaluate company priorities / Respond to company communications / Document company budget / Cather and analyse company date / Help company for strategy

1) To preparation of financial statements and support schedules according to corporate timelines

2) Monthly close procedures

3) To prepare account reconciliations (Cash, Liabilities, fixed assets, payroll accruals)

and supporting general ledgers

4) Research and resolve account reconciling items

5) To preparation of Audit for external & Internal audits

6) Support other team’s members as necessary

7) Support other projects as assigned

8) Create budgets and financial plans as needed

9) Prepare journal entries for month-end close

10)Compile comprehensive reports with accounting team if needed

Qualifications / Requirements:

1) Bachelor’s degree in business accounting or related fields

2) Min. 3 years Accounting or business-related poly / degree required

3) Must be highly details oriented and organize

4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

5) Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees,

6) Management, and external agencies to maximize performance creativity, problem solving and results.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of accounting experience and be highly proficient in closing accounts, financial reporting, and managing fixed assets. Familiarity with MYOB software is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including the closing of monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounts.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other reports.
• Maintain and manage fixed assets register, ensuring proper capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.
• Ensure timely submission of financial reports to management and relevant authorities.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank statements.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of journal entries and other accounting documents.
• Assist in audits by preparing required documentation and liaising with auditors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide support in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Strong knowledge and experience in MYOB accounting software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Experience in handling audits and compliance matters.
