JOB DESCRIPTION

· To provide full suite of corporate secretarial related services (e.g., incorporation of company, change of company officers and share transfers)

· Handling submission of ACRA & IRAS transactions

· Preparing Directors/Shareholders resolutions, Extraordinary / Annual General Meetings Minutes, relevant statutory forms and other related documents for on-going corporate secretarial matters.

· Ensure that secretarial files and statutory records are properly updated and maintained

· Performing Onboarding / Ongoing Due Diligence Check on new and existing clients

· Any other corporate and ad-hoc jobs as required

REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or Law

· Great interpersonal and communication skills.

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualification / compliance background would be an advantage.

· Prior relevant corporate secretarial experience will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Drive mid-size or large-scale projects from start to finish as a key individual contributor, ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and programs.

REQUIREMENTS

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field, preferably in business, economic, marketing, finance and accounting, or communication.

· More than five years of operations management experience in a FI or large corporate firm environment.

· Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving common goals.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving process improvements and operational excellence.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization.

· Sound knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in operations management.

· Strong understanding of the financial services/insurance industry, competitors and target market.

· Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate data into meaningful information and actions.
