• Address and resolve HSSEQ deficiencies or findings from flag or port state control inspections, vessel audits, or external client inspections.
• Follow up on client HSSEQ requirements, including submitting questionnaires, attending meetings and workshops, preparing project management systems, bridging documents, HSE plans, and month-end statistical reports.
• Assist with HSSEQ service requisitions and approve invoices.
• Support the marine superintendent in timely completion of HSSEQ tasks.
• Serve as the Alternate Designated Person Ashore (DPA) and Alternate Company Security Officer (CSO) and participate as a member of the shore-based emergency response team.
• Travel to vessels in ports, shipyards, and offshore locations for audits, inspections, and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the HSSEQ Manager.

Requirements:

• Certified ISM / ISPS / ISO Internal Auditor.
• Certified DPA / CSO.
• Certification in Accident/Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis.
• Previously attended BOSIET training.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marine-related QHSSE roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of both offshore and onshore operations.
• Seafaring experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.
