• Assist and respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
• Lead and monitor & measure the performance & availability of databases proactively; implement corrective actions identified to improve performance & availability.
• Lead and monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the databases; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
• Ensure service level meet requirement. Propose and implement action plan when required.
• Lead and monitor databases according to standard operations procedures.
• Lead in the implementation of service continuity measures, i.e., backup/restore procedures & disaster recovery plan, to ensure continuous operation of the business.
• Involve and lead in database implementation.
• Keep abreast of database technologies.

Requirements:

• At least (5) years of experience in MS SQL administration.
• At least three (3) years of experience in Oracle Database administration; and
• At least 3 years exposure to Azure and AWS RDS databases

Responsibilities:

- Heading our Analytical R&D Laboratory

- Performing sample preparation and instrumental analysis (GC, GCMS)

- Interpretation and documentation of analytical results

- Managing other routine tasks in the analytical lab

- Maintaining the analytical equipment (GC systems) in good condition

- Close cooperation with creation, application and sensory departments to support flavour creation work

- Cooperation with quality department to inspect raw materials and finished products

Required Profile and Skills:

- Fluent English communication skills are a must

• Picking and packing orders for shipment.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Keeping detailed records of inventory.
• Inspecting goods for defects or damages.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Assisting with inventory audits.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Communicating effectively with other warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Following health and safety guidelines.
