Perform month-end closing, reconciliations and GST reporting. Check Income Audit and adhoc journals. Process invoices and prepare payments to vendors.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the closing of general ledgers and accounts
• Prepare and key in journal entries for general ledgers
• Issue inter-company billings and prepare inter-company reconciliation
• Ensure proper documentations of fixed assets and maintaining proper fixed assets record
• GST Submission
• Prepare and submit business statistics and surveys
• Preparation of payment vouchers and process invoices from suppliers
• Reconciliation of subledgers and suppliers’ statement of accounts.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement

• At least ACCA Level 2 or LCC Higher Diploma in Accounting graduate.
• Good knowledge in accounting is necessary.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review quality of products including all incoming shipments.
• Check and verify retail and customers' complaints.
• Prepare monthly retail complaint report for the Management.
• Handle local and overseas customers' product warranty & repairs issues via phone call and/or emails.
• Fixing and repair minor defects of products.
• Prepare document for customer service items to be delivered to suppliers and factories.
• Prepare document for customer service items to return to retail store.
• Order special orchids for production in factory.
• Source new orchids for development.
• Prepare reports for the QC inspection.
• Assist Product Team to source for components of products.
• Perform any other tasks as and when assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in similar capacity
• A hands-on, resourceful and result oriented
• Ability to work well in a team
• Meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Excellent organisational, presentation and interpersonal skills

Required Skill Set


• Knowledge in J2EE Application Development, Database Technologies, Web Development, Web Services, Spring and Hibernate Framework, React-Native Framework,..etc.

• Freshly graduated with proper skill-set are welcome.

• Required to perform quality assurance & ensure the software which meets the expected results.

• Assist in Adhoc projects when required.

• Willing to learn new technologies when required.

• Willing to work in any type of project and new technologies and IBM Software and Technologies when required.

Qualification
:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology with related fields certificates.
