Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for deploying Smart Home solutions to customer homes.

• Provide on-site consultations with electrician / ID / Client
• Setup up and install smart home devices
• On-site installation and commissioning co-ordination of smart home system, security system
• Troubleshooting / maintain / servicing at clients’ premises
• Setup rules and logic for smart home system
• Providing customer support
• Building positive customer relationships
• Setup Networking solutions within the client's home
• Engage & manage vendors for on-site implementation
• Learning and keeping up with new changes in technology and new product range.

Requirements:

1. You must speak confidently and enjoy interacting with people.
2. Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
3. Experience and knowledge in Smart Home solutions will be an advantage

Main Duties and Responsibilities
