The great things you will be expected to do:
● Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming style of service to all customers
● Respond to customer requests in a timely manner & ensure customer supplies are replenished
● Ensure that the micro kitchen meets required standards at all times
● Ensure complaints are dealt with satisfactorily, or passed to the appropriate Manager
● Provide general waiting duties of food and/or beverage and Supply, dispense or mix beverages
● Assist with fruits, vegetable and salad preparation and adhere to site food safety plan
● Maintain clean & tidy dining/kitchen areas, replenish supplies in dining areas, receive and rotate stock
● Perform other duties within his/her capabilities as required by Supervisor or Manager
● To be polite, professional and friendly at all times with user, peers and management
● To ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times
● To demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer
expectations by striving for hospitality excellence
● To acquire knowledge of all products being served in order to be able to advise individual customers on
their product choice
● To ensure all the items in micro kitchens are available round the clock
● To Maintain the stock (food) and inventory (cutlery/crockery/glassware and equipment) for the micro
kitchens
● Ensure cutlery/crockery/glasswares are replenished in time and any equipment breakdown are reported
immediately
● To actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained onto your line manager.
● To maintain the cleanliness of all the micro kitchens round the clock
● To report health and safety issues to your line manager, including all accidents and near misses
● To promote good safety habits and methods of work
● To ensure all displays, counters and seating areas comply with company and statutory health and hygiene
requirements
● To clean all work areas during and after use and remove all waste to the appropriate area
● To observe and comply with all company and unit procedures relating to handling supply, placing orders
and security, reporting any issues to the manager.
● To maintain temperature records as required and to report any variance
● To operate machinery as shown and trained to do so, ensuring that the equipment is used safely and in
accordance with current regulations and company policies
● Report daily requirement and Delivery Schedule
● Proper Training to all new team members who join the company
● Ensure proper grooming and uniform standards are being maintained
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
✔ Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures
✔ Follow all Emergency Response plans on site
✔ Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks
✔ Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times
