Job Functions:
Be involved in the planning of civil engineering, Land survey, QA/QC and Machinery’s.
• Establish project detail work planning, scheduling, resource dependencies, for critical path and detail budget
• Need to Manage Civil Engineering works ( Telecom pipe laying ,Dwall, Bored pile, RCC Structures, Steel Structures, Pipe Jacking tunnel, Road Works)
• Need to Manage Surveying works ( Setting-out, As-built Topo survey, Horizontal Control survey , Vertical Control survey, Monitoring works) & Surveying software’s ( Autocad, Star*Net, Sokkia link, Microsurvey, Levelpro)
• Supervise the less experience project teammate
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to deliver the project deliverable.
• Communicate with related parties for reporting the project progress and project issues
• Maintain customer relationships, project scheduling, change management, resource allocation and cost control.
• Deliver the project related documents such as Project Initiate Document, Project Implementation Plan, Project Programme, Project
• Closure Report and Project Status Report, etc.
• To attend the project meeting with customer and project stakeholders and develop the related documents such as meeting agenda, meeting minutes, etc.
• Resolve any issues and conflicts happened in the project to make sure the project is running on right track and schedule.
• Work late in the night till morning, day-to-day work.
• Overall project performance to meet the budget, quality, statutory,
safety, environmental issues and scheduling requirements. Manage project profitability and cash flow.
• Manage whole project process from design til handover stage; mitigate project risk, process control and contract variation about any critical changes and potential impacts on time and cost.
• Liaise with contractors, consultancy and external team to facilitate design and construction process • Supervise whole construction team to ensure quality control and project delivery under schedule
• Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction.
• Obtain planning and building regulations approval.
• Monitor and inspect all work undertaken by contractors to ensure structural soundness.
• Administer contracts and manage the project's structure works.
• Monitor the progress from initial stages to its completion.
• Oversee concept design models and solutions.
• Ensuring that legal regulations are maintained
• Making sure that health and safety guidelines are met
• Explain complex conceptual information in simple terms to the client Requirement • Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering related
• Min. 15 years' experience in Civil Engineering, must have work on large mixed-use development projects
• Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
• In-depth scientific knowledge

• Good technical skills
• Able to work and be stationed overseas
• Flexible working hours.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
The Civil Engineer should have an RTO certificate shall be accredited by the Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES) and/or the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
Any Land surveying course approved by SISV
Class 3 licenses
Skills/ Abilities:
· Working knowledge of general construction knowledge, especially in Civil Projects.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time.
