We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Executive to join our team of professionals responsible for the training and development needs of our lawyers and to support other knowledge management functions.

You will be expected to work with the team to provide support as follows

• Managing end-to-end training administration process i.e. registration for courses, tracking of attendance, handling payment and invoices, generating reports.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify training requirements and ensure alignment with SILE and organisational goals.
• Support other learning and development work, including logistics, finances, maintaining and updating records, and other administrative work.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• A diploma in any discipline
• Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously, manage training logistics and meet deadlines.
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with Excel.
• Resourceful, flexible, and responsive in dealing with people.
• Meticulous, with an eye for detail.
• Prior experience in learning and development roles would be advantageous.
• Technological capabilities and an interest in automating administrative processes would be advantageous.
• A good command of written and spoken Mandarin may be an advantage.

This is an 8-month contract role based in Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and process incoming reports of alleged legal rights infringement during the APAC time zone. Key metrics include SLAs, quality, accuracy, and escalation rates;
• Proactively deliver insights from data and trends seen in the queues, and suggest improvements;
• Specifically, the scope of work includes:

1. Content review:Responsible for reviewing and analyzing user-submitted reports of intellectual property infringement on the social media Family of Apps. This may involve assessing the validity of the report, determining whether the content violates social media policies or applicable laws, and taking appropriate action such as removing the content or disabling the account.
2. Correspondence management: Manage correspondence with users who have submitted reports of intellectual property infringement, as well as with rights holders and their legal representatives. This may involve providing updates on the status of reports, requesting additional information, and communicating decisions regarding content removal or account disablement.
3. Data entry and record keeping: Responsible for accurately entering data into the systems and maintaining detailed records of all actions taken in relation to reports of intellectual property infringement. This may involve using specialized software or tools to track and manage reports, as well as generating reports and analytics as needed.
4. Policy and legal compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to intellectual property, as well as the social media's internal policies and guidelines. They will be responsible for ensuring that all actions taken in relation to reports of intellectual property infringement are compliant with these requirements.
5. Training and development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve their skills and knowledge in the area of intellectual property operations. This may involve attending workshops, webinars, or other training sessions, as well as completing online courses or certifications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree and/or masters or equivalent experience;
• 1+ years of professional experience, preferably with a background in trust & safety / risk management operations (previous legal or Intellectual property experience preferred);
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem solving skills;
