This position provides intervention for youths-at-risk or youth offenders and their families and contribute to the services within the department and organisation. The roles and responsibilities include:

• Providing family therapy

• Degree or graduate diploma in Social Work or other related fields
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in clinical practice

1. Job Summary (General Nature / Objectives of the Job):

Oversee and monitor construction activities, ensuring that all project aspects meet regulatory standards and are completed within timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. The role involves collaboration with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders, focusing on site management, safety, and technical compliance in Waterfront Development construction project .

2. Key Responsibilities and Activities:

• Site Supervision: Ensure daily site inspections, monitor construction progress, and provide technical guidance.

• Quality Assurance: Verify that construction practices align with project specifications, codes, and quality standards.

• Safety Management: Enforce health and safety guidelines, conducting regular safety audits and ensuring all personnel adhere to safety protocols.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including reports, permits, and inspection notes.

• Coordination: Work closely with project engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve any site issues.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work complies with Singapore's building and environmental regulations, especially for waterfront developments.

• Technical Drawings Interpretation: Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings accurately.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of Singaporean construction regulations, especially concerning environmental impact on waterfront areas.

7. Formal Education:

• Major Study/Specialist (Education): Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Additional specialization in Marine or Waterfront Engineering is advantageous.

8. Experience Required:

Years of Experience: Typically, 5–8 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a similar role overseeing large-scale projects, especially those involving marine or waterfront development.

The Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team (CREST) of REACH Community Services serves as a first mental health touchpoint in the community. We focus on raising public awareness of mental health conditions and dementia, promotes early recognition of at-risk individuals, provides emotional support to individuals and their caregivers and links individuals to relevant health and social care services when necessary. The Social Work Associate provides the team with daily administrative and operational support for the purpose of CREST service development and implementation. You will attend to all enquiries (phone, walk in), organize the logistics &/or resources to ensure the smooth running of CREST services. You may also be involved in coordinating outreach events and activities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and logistical support to the team in running client-related support and/or other CREST activities.

Assist Social Workers in client monitoring, care coordination, and follow-up.

Manage data collation, report generation, and ensure compliance with data protection guidelines.

Support team in planning and executing outreach events, screenings, and client-related activities.

Collaborate with community partners and agencies

Conduct client screenings, provide basic emotional support to clients and mental health awareness.

Prepare resource materials for clients and caregivers.

Requirements

· Possess a diploma certification or relevant social service certification.

· Non-diploma holder with social service experience will be considered.

· Conversant in English and the ability to speak dialect or Malay will be a bonus.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Passionate to work in the mental health sector and community service sector.

· Outgoing and sociable personality with keen interest in working with people on one-to-one basis or centre-based group activity.

· A well-organized, meticulous team player who can also work independently.
