Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Coordination:

• Develop detailed business cases for projects, outlining objectives, benefits, and risks.
• Ensure projects align with business needs, delivering on cost, duration, and quality parameters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective project execution.

Procurement:

• Oversee the procurement of digital systems, ensuring timely acquisition and implementation.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize the procurement process.

Project Management Methodologies:

• Assess and apply project management methodologies, with a strong emphasis on Agile practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential project risks and assess their impact on organizational goals.
• Formulate and implement mitigating measures to address identified risks.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Actively engage and motivate key partners, fostering collaboration for successful project outcomes.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders at various levels.

Budget and Scope Management:

• Contribute to budget management, risk assessment, and project scope definition.
• Monitor project financials and timelines, making adjustments as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/ Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to positively influence key partners

Roles & Responsibilities

Working under the Project Manger to complete the project on time, which include: -

1. Check and monitoring of site progress and resolving of site issues with clients
2. Follow up with factory for production order, delivery schedule, etc
3. Update QS on progressive claim, variation order, etc
4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
5. Advantage if with experience using computers.
6. Willing to start work at 7 am as per project requirement
7. Willing to do overtime and work weekends on a regular basis
8. Foster positive communications and relationships with vendors, clients & Team members MOSTLY Foreign Workers.
9. Willing to Be hands on when needed for the work porgress.

Responsibilities

• Source potential customers through personal efforts, client referrals, organisation involvement and event attendance
• Suggest suitable products by assessing customer’s needs and utilising product expertise
• Foster strong customer relationships and delivery exceptional service

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, etc.) in a safe and comfortable manner
• Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products
• Keep documentation and maintain client’s files
• Keep a clean and stocked room
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
• Cooperate with and report on administration on any arising issues
• Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist
• Hands on experience in massage techniques, waxing and face/body therapies
• Experience in sales will be considered an asset
• Communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Able to work on weekend and public holiday
