• Provide e-compliance oversight to site CSV activities.
• Provide quality oversight to activities related to calibration, preventive maintenance, spare part assessment and associated deviations.
• Support internal and external audits and is responsible for audit finding closure, as required. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational quality issues
• Trend, analyze and monitor key performance indicators, suggest improvements and escalate to supervisor/management as necessary Identify improvement opportunities and lead/support the implementation activities to improve performance and efficiency.
• Meet quality objectives set by management & comply to Alcon, QMS and Safety requirements.

About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant/ Officer at Knight Frank, you’ll be the key person in supporting both owners/ tenants and team. Reporting to the Site Head, you will facilitate the onboarding of new owners/ tenants, coordinate service requests and maintain an organized filing system. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills.

What you will be doing:

• Owners/ Tenants Support: Act as the first point of contact for owners and tenants, answering phone calls, handling enquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Onboarding New Owners/ Tenants: Assist new owners and tenants in the application process for card access, keys, season parking and manage move-in/move-out logistics to ensure a seamless transition into their new homes.
• Service Coordination: Coordinate on-site inspections for Technician and Property Executive to promptly address residents’ service requests.
• Administrative Excellence: Manage petty cash vouchers and facility bookings. Provide administrative support by compiling weekly and monthly submissions for HQ Accounts. Establish and maintain an efficient filing system to streamline documentation and operations. Keep an accurate inventory of office stationery and track equipment maintenance records.
