[What you will be working on]

You will be part of the Quarantine & Biosecurity Services (QBS) team under the Veterinary Health Division (VHD) of AVS. Job Description:
• Provide good customer service and be able to recommend suitable health care products to our customers
• Increase overall store sales by active cross-selling and up-selling of products
• Ensure store shelves are well-stocked at all times by conducting regular stock-take and raise order requests accordingly
• Arrange for products near expiry/expired to be exchanged with suppliers
• Full responsibility of the cash and other payment modes received from customers
• Ensure cash receipts and cash floats tally daily

Requirement:
Min O levels with 1 year retail experience in a retail / health care store

• Recruit, hire, and train sales team
• Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
• Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
• Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
• Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
• Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed

Responsibilities:

· Handling customer enquiries on promotions and leading customer to products

· Achieving sales, delivering service and operations excellence

· Participating in stock-take

· Performing general housekeeping duties to ensure the store’s cleanliness and tidiness

· Operating cashier counter and processing sales proceeds

· Engaging in innovation and productivity initiatives for the store to drive seamless customer experience across channels

· Performing out-of-stock and overstock reviews and making reorder proposals to the Store Manager

· Handling order fulfilment processes for customers

· Manage customer enquiries on Company email

· Handle and manage delivery/ despatch

• Loading and unloading of goods onto vehicle according to delivery order
• Perform pickups and collection for the company covering specific areas
• Ensuring safe receipt, retrieval and dispatching of goods
• Delivering goods to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner
• Establishing and maintaining excellent customer service during delivery
• To perform duties as tasked
• Class 3/4 Driving Licence
• Able to work night shift and split shift
• Able to work ot on weekend and public holiday

• Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards.
• Managing bookings and welcoming clients into the store.
• Keeping updated on hairstyle trends and styling methods.
