• Collaborate with the local and remote design teams to ensure that product listing images accurately represent our brand identity, colours, prints, and products.
• Review and provide feedback on product listing images to ensure they meet quality standards and are visually appealing to customers.
• Assist in the development of comprehensive shot lists for photoshoots and video shoots in alignment with mood boards and brand guidelines.
• Liaise with photography and videography vendors to ensure the timely execution of photography and videos, accurately following the shot list and storyboard.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors.
• Assist with the organization and management of digital assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for use in visual content creation.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design coordination or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, remote graphic designers, and external vendors.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for ensuring visual content meets quality standards and is visually appealing to customers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience working with remote teams is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily finance operations.
• Assisting in full set of accounts and ensure timely preparation of monthly financial reports and cash flows statement and accurate recording of accounting entries.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
• Preparation and support for GST, tax, audit which includes preparing schedules and checking of computation for tax return, etc.
• Liaising with bankers, external auditors, tax advisors, company secretaries,and other statutory bodies to ensure compliance.
• Maintain good documentation and filing system.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Level equivalent or above.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
• Meticulous with strong analytical skills and able to multi-task.
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
• 1 year contract (Renewable/Convertible)
