Responsibilities

Transport Team, Drivers, and Supply Team Management & Development

• Lead and manage the transport team, drivers, and supply team, promoting a positive work environment and high performance.
• Develop a staff performance matrix to set performance expectations and goals and conduct regular reviews, provide training to improve skills and ensure adherence to operating procedure, safety, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular department meeting with Transport planner, Drivers, and Supply team to understand challenges face and resolve them

Fleet and Route Management:

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, including vehicle maintenance, safety inspections, and driver and supply assistant hours, working with relevant team to align process.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to reduce accidents and ensure driver and supply team well-being.
• Conduct regular safety audits and site visit to develop training plan and inspections provide training on best practices, and address any non-compliance issues.
• Manage and handle operational incident and reporting process to provide preventive action and implementing the action proposed.

Budgeting & Cost Management:

• Manage the transportation budget, focusing on cost control and efficient use of resources.
• Track and report on transportation expenses, including fuel, maintenance, and labour costs.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.

Customer Service & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the customer service team to address any delivery issues and ensure transport team met customer requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Working closely with customer service manager on escalated customer inquiries regarding transportation and delivery.
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any logistical challenges.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Establish KPIs on the all above for transport operations, including delivery times, on-time performance, fuel efficiency and staffs performance.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, preparing regular reports to top management on the progress, performance with mitigation and improvement plan
• Use data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive better results.

In this role, you will be a key contributor to Anaplan’s revenue growth in while driving change as a market disruptor. You may have up to 30 accounts in a defined geographic territory, mostly ‘greenfield’ accounts with several existing Anaplan customers. This type of territory requires someone to further build our footprint by hunting and winning new logo accounts as well as expanding opportunities within the current Anaplan customer base.

What you’ll be doing:

• Engaging with targeted enterprise prospects to identify broken business processes and position Anaplan’s unique ability to solve the problem
• Building and defending Anaplan’s business value throughout the selling engagement. Navigating complex prospect environments to align the prospect around the Anaplan solution
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality opportunities
• Utilizing Anaplan’s value-based selling methodology and Salesforce.com to manage sales processes and accurately forecast business
• Recruiting and leveraging partners and existing customers in your territory to build your Anaplan “franchise”

• 10 years+ successful experience in software sales
