JOB SUMMARY

Under the guidance and supervision of the Team Leader, consistently do bookings and liaise with clients on their travel plans and get them cost effective fares with the optimal routing.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Familiarity with Galileo, Amadeus, Fare database, Fare database engine, Scripts and other systems that are in use and do bookings for the client in the fastest possible time
• Responding to client’s requests within the agreed time in the Service Level Agreement
• Understanding the client’s needs in order to provide efficient service to the client at all time
• Providing the most cost effective and best / optimal fare to the client with the most logical routing that makes the travel convenient for the Client
• Escalating any feedback received to the Team Leader
• Identify a drop in business from clients being managed. Escalate to Team Leader and Manager
• Follow up on all bookings and informing the client in a timely manner.

Job requirements

• Fluent in English
• Possesses a basic Diploma/Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in the Travel Industry
• Able to communicate with a wide range of people at all levels both within and outside Company
• Previous experience in Marine Travel, using any GDS and working with Airline Nett Fare products is preferable

Job Objective/s

• To be able to evaluate, inspect, maintain, repair, analyze and improve various types of facilities equipment, including electronic and mechanical equipment.
• To provide engineering support in upgrading and setting up new equipment capabilities required by Production.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance in installation and maintenance of company facilities equipment.
• Document maintenance procedures and processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support audit functions.
• Perform facilities equipment upgrades as per Fab requirements.

• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce facilities equipment failures.

About the Role

• Work on pricing of new and existing life insurance products and services with internal and external stakeholders with a high level of accuracy.
• Analyse, monitor and evaluate key financial metrics which support initiatives to achieve improvement for the customer, stakeholders and shareholders.
• Review the product related documents.
• Continual assessment, identification and implementation for product improvement and campaigns.
• Support the delivery of various regulatory filing, e.g. MAS, SDIC, FATCA etc.
• Assist the necessary system implementation work, UAT testing, Day 2 enhancement.

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in actuarial science or an equivalent field with at least 1 year of experience in actuarial work.
• Demonstrated progress in actuarial professional exams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc)
• Knowledge of Prophet will be a plus.
• Strong communication adn stakeholder management skills

We have a great opportunity for Biotechnologist to join our Manufacturing Central Operations group at our Tuas site in Singapore. Reporting to the Section Lead/Manager, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of therapeutic proteins under cGMP conditions.

You will be working in 12-hour rotating shift in a 2-2 3-2 2-3 pattern and will be compensated with shift premium and allowances!

Key responsibilities:

• Learn and perform well-defined procedures within a GMP manufacturing setting
• Perform equipment monitoring & and basic 6S housekeeping
• Perform basic laboratory tasks (e.g. sampling, pH/ conductivity/ osmolality measurements etc.)
• Perform routine sanitization tasks to maintain facility standards
• Trained & signed off on Performance Measures (PMs) relating to CIP/ SIP/ basic tank & instrument operations
• Demonstrate aseptic technique in the handling of product/ materials
• Perform basic process & equipment troubleshooting
• Multi-task on equipment preparations & operations to ensure adherence to schedule
• Attain full competency in the performance of all operations relevant to manufacturing areas assigned.
• Display basic process & equipment troubleshooting ability under routine scenarios.
• Become a technical process expert by exhibiting basic understanding of critical process/operational parameters and target/acceptable ranges, as well as interactions between different process parameters.
• Use Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), logbooks & Batch Records (BRs) effectively & competently

• Able to identify the correct materials by part number and FEFO lots.
• Select appropriate Dispensing Booths/Hoods and Weight balance.
• Identify sampling requirements based on material RMS.
• Assemble Autoclave assembly per SOP.
• Able to perform equipment wash without stains and residues.

Solutions Preparations

• Enhanced knowledge of the different setup and equipment use between customers for different operations, e.g.: CIPs and buffer/media transfer
• Able to identify and lead the installation of the different set up and equipment for different customers for different operations, e.g.: CIPs and buffer/media transfer
• Understand the criticality of setting up the right path and equipment for different customers
• In depth knowledge of the different set up and the equipment use between single use and the conventional stainless steel equipment
• Able to formulate plans for executing CIPs to meet different customers requirement, e.g., the CIPs of the HTST.

Key requirements:

• Diploma/NITEC in a related Science/Engineering discipline or some relevant work experience in a similar industry
• Knowledge of Biopharmaceutical processing is not essential, but an added asset

[What you will be working on]

As a FRAP business partner, you will be responsible for supporting the IT division by providing advisory on their procure to pay activities. This role requires extensive cross-functional partnership with various stakeholders.
