About You

• At least 7 years of banking regulatory or external audit experience in a big 4 audit firm, regulator or financial institution. Previous employment with regulator(s) will be highly preferred.
• Good understanding of the banks/payments/Fintech companies (remittance, merchant acquisition, money-changing etc.) landscape.
• Experience in local MAS regulatory requirements preferred. This includes Banking Act, Payments Act, Individual Accountability and Conduct, Securities and Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act, amongst others.

Our team is seeking an passionate Commercial Strategy & Growth Manager to join us as we create and deliver mission critical services and processes to enable Traveloka Travel Activities, specifically in our Supply side.As a Commercial Strategy & Growth Manager, you play a crucial role in the development of sustainable and profitable value growth for Traveloka and our customers, with the primary responsibility of Commercial Strategy maximization efforts for all revenue streams under Experience domain. This role includes the development and implementation of the necessary strategic frameworks, governance routines, and analytic tools that will enable you to deliver actionable recommendations to improve promotion investment Return on Investment (ROI).

In this high-impact role, you will be working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, particularly, the Market Management team.Your responsibility include:

• Define and drive the agenda for the overarching commercial strategic growth framework for Experience product.
• Define strategy to realize financial goals in a sustainable and consistent manner in collaboration with Marketing, Supply Management, and Finance.
• Develops tools to enhance and integrate descriptive and predictive demand and financial analytics to optimize and streamline pricing scenario development and decision-making process.
• Partner with Marketing and Supply Management teams to define the role of pricing in categories, ensure alignment to brand objectives and consideration of competitive pricing and promo strategies.
• Responsible for analysis, execution, and score carding of strategic pricing recommendations, and lead communication and alignment to Marketing and Supply Management organizations on its development, execution, and review

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any other relevant field, or other relevant fields from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0. An MBA or Master's Degree in the aforementioned field is a plus.
• 5 years or more of working experience.
• Proven experience as a Commercial Strategy Manager. Experience in the travel industry, other technology company, or global consulting field is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and an excellent understanding of the P&L and key RGM levers to drive both top and bottom line growth.
• Must have a high level of analytical skills, with an ability to distil information and uncover insights from a variety of sources.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively with cross-geography and cross-functional teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication skill in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.
