ยท Responsible for day-to-day operation duties
ยท Use system to issue DOs and Invoices.
ยท Process employee expense claims and ensure that claims are properly authorised.
ยท Provides financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data, preparing reports.
ยท Manage day-to-day function of Accounts activities including invoicing, payments, AR & AP
ยท Prepare payment voucher, issue cheque and receipts for payment & staff claim.
ยท Review and verify invoice from suppliers
ยท Receiving and issuing of stock.
ยท Stock arranging and updating stock into system.
ยท Stock replenishing ordering.
ยท Responsible for preparation and co-ordination of the daily delivery schedule of the drivers.
ยท Plan daily delivery routes and assign deliveries tasks to delivery team.
ยท Ensure stock are accountable updated into the system during issuing, receiving and in the warehouse.
ยท Monthly/Yearly inventory stock take.
ยท Collect cash and cheques from delivery teams.
ยท Ensure deliveries routes are efficiently planned with customers timing restriction in mind.
ยท Ensure cash and cheques collected from the delivery teams are in correct amount.
ยท Handling of Customerโs order, feedback, discrepancies, and issues
ยท Provide support in HR and administrative matters where necessary.
ยท Assist with ad-hoc projects when required or assigned.
ยท Able to communicate in English and Chinese
ยท Able to work night shift and split shift, and OT on weekends and public holiday
