• Provide comprehensive engineering support to the production line, ensuring adherence to process flow, specifications, procedures, and documentation
• Monitor process variables, making necessary adjustments for optimal performance
• Conduct quick and effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of routine or minor problems
• Perform process buy-off after equipment preventive maintenance or breakdowns
• Document routine manufacturing processes and report data for shift duty pass-down
• Conduct or assist in experiments with the aim of process improvement
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)

About You:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Engineering field
• Self-motivated with a positive working attitude
• Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment
• Ability to work on a 12-hour night shift pattern (7:30 pm to 7:45 am)

As an Air Conditioning Repair & Servicing Technician, your main duties is to service, troubleshoot and repair air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and indoor air quality. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and conducting routine maintenance to enhance system efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Collect the spare parts from the warehouse store based on the daily job indicated on the tablet.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on malfunctioned HVAC systems.
• Wash and clean all dismantled parts to improve efficiency and air quality.
• Refill refrigerants by replenishing and fixing leaks as needed.
• Communicate with clients with regards to problems in equipment and post-jobs reports.
• Ensure safe-keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping.
• Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary (e.g. googles, earplugs, respirators, safety harnesses, safety shoes, helmets, sunscreen).
• Ensure all works are carried out safely in accordance with safety procedures and practicing of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act.
• Provide technical advice and assistance on all maintenance functions.
• Prepare service reports after every completed job for customer's endorsement.
• Handle any ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by reporting manager and/or management.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Singapore Class 3 license will be an added advantage.
• Minimum Nitec / NTC 2 or 3 certificates in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field; with maintenance experience in HVAC, refrigeration & M&E systems.
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal & customer-centric skills.
• Experience in air-conditioning repair & maintenance.
• Strong knowledge/experience in HVAC or ACMV systems for residential or commercial sectors.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• No experience is also welcome to join as apprentice.
