• Host/Organize occasional workshops or parties for customers engagement
• Perform only Benefit approved and trained services offered on the service menu to Benefit quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain counter cleanliness
• Ensure that top selling stock are not facing low or out of stocks issues; shelves are always fully stocked.

Opportunities & Exposure

1. Drive process optimization in Claims Management

• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Test) on the evolution/ enhancement of a newly developed online tool
• Enhance communication & marketing of new tool - Support roll-out of tool to new sites within APAC
• Provide training to internal & external teams within APAC
• Identify improvement areas and develop an action plan with the project committee to reduce claims

2. Drive improvement in data quality management

• Participate in evidence gathering and root cause determination to secure the quality process in our logistics partner (Bollore) to fulfill customers’ expectation
• Perform thorough quality analysis to measure the effectiveness of various quality processes using data and internal auditing tools
• Initiate corrective actions for procedural or process deficiencies
• Develop common tools to facilitate weekly performance tracking/ reporting and follow-up of KPIs and action plan

Team Summary

The Products and Solutions function is responsible for product management, product strategy, providing the thought leadership and long-term design for the development and growth of Visa’s products across the Asia Pacific region (AP). The Product Development and Commercialisation is a horizontal service group, within Regional Product and Solutions team that has end-to-end responsibility for building and delivering new capabilities aligned with the AP Product Roadmap.

The Product Development and Commercialisation team works with many stakeholder groups and markets, across the AP region and globally. We partner across market, hub and global with account management, product, processing, design, delivery and architecture teams.

What a Manager, Developer Solutions does at Visa:

Visa Developer is a platform solution that allows developers, issuers, merchants and their partners to reduce the cost and time to market associated with developing their own end to end solutions. Customers can combine and integrate APIs from Visa, 3rd parties, and their own APIs to create distinct and compelling solutions that complement their brand, technology, and strategy. Visa Developer helps deliver a superior customer experience, faster time to market, lower delivery and maintenance costs, and a more extensible way to manage both core and value-added capabilities. Most importantly, Visa Developer enables us to deploy assets that support commercialization of our solutions.

Test Drive is a “test and validate” zero-code solution adjacent to Visa Developer, supporting clients with faster, error-free go-to-market and a zero-code ”try before buy” option for qualified services. 

As a Manager, Developer Solutions within the Commercialisation team, you will need to understand the strategic, commercial, technical, and ecosystem implications of both product launch and product development. You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholder groups in our AP markets and regional hub to motivate, educate, and provide advice on Visa developer solutions. You will also develop and execute plans to evolve and grow Visa Developer by engaging with the developer community across various platforms.

Your main accountabilities will include:

• Own and manage the developer platform including operations, onboarding and integration performance, billing and revenue management.

• Monitor, report, and resolve performance and product issues with product and platform owners.  

• Foster strong stakeholder management and engagement across global product, hub product, and market teams.

• Advise product owners with pricing, terms, market fit, product requirements, and product activation. 

• Identify, track and narrate key insights and developer trends that help inform markets and clients.

• Roadmap management and own day-to-day operations for Test Drive.

• Lead client engagements and proactively engage with product owners to define and publish solution narratives that bring to life bundled solutions leveraging Test Drive where appropriate.

• Take the lead in developing and executing plans to evolve and grow Visa Developer with the developer community.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. You contribute meaningfully to the business by providing support with in-house payroll accounting and general payroll administration for Singapore and Malaysia.  You will be responsible for processing payroll information into our payroll software.  You ensure all employees are paid in accordance with employment laws and regulations and the Company established processing guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Process new hire and termination paperwork.
• Data entry of payroll information into payroll software such as administration of Leave, Staff Card and Medical Insurance benefits.
• Maintain master data of employee files.
• Filing of Government Paid Leave schemes and NS Claims
• Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll reports and other ad-hoc reports as required.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with cybersecurity offensive or defensive technical operations, or national defense intelligence operations

• Experience with Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) hunting, penetration testing, digital forensics, SOC operations, or incident response

• Ability to profile and track malicious actors that pose a threat in coordination with threat intelligence support teams

• Ability to review and analyze security log files from various sources, including cloud, network, endpoint, or IdAM

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with common threat-hunting solutions, tools, or techniques used to analyze malware, extract indicators, and create signatures

• Experience with Windows Enterprise security and systems administration, ATP, ATA, or Sentinel, and SIEM or SOC, including QRadar, SplunkES, and ArcSight

• Experience with data hunting, ELK, Splunk, Apache Spark, AWS Stack, and GCP

• Experience with scripting, REST APIs, and forensic tools, including FTK and Encase

• Experience with endpoint telemetry, Carbon Black, FireEye HX, Falcon, Tanium, and Endgame

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Possession of excellent presentation skills

• GIAC GCFA, GCFE, GREM, GNFA, GSNA, CISA, or OSCP certification
