Job Description:

• Implement and support local and regional SAP application systems.
• Understand and gather business requirements from business stakeholders and translate it into technical requirements to be implemented.
• Co-ordinate project activities such as confirmation of requirement, data migration,key user training, user acceptance test, cut-over activities.
• Lead the matters in the own work stream and liaise with the other work streams on integration matters.
• Liaise with technical team on technical requirement to support the business processes e.g. authorization, system interfaces.
• Serve as a liaison between vendors/service providers and Business Teams.
• Provide application support and drive the most efficient and effective utilization of applications to support the business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• 3- 5 year of experience in ERP implementation with minimum 2 full cycles, large scale project preferable
• Experienced in at least 2 or more SAP modules in SD, MM, RE-FX or Retail IS
• SAP S/4 Hana or retail industrial solution experience is an advantage
• Application support experience is preferred
• Equipped with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to deal with various stakeholders.
• Have good analytical skills, logical thinking and able to deal with ambiguity.

• Conduct periodic evaluations of contract performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Liaise with legal teams to address disputes, claims, and contract-related conflicts.
• Draft correspondence for claims such as extensions of time or variation orders.
• Maintain detailed records of all contracts and associated activities.
• Prepare regular reports on contract status, risks, and compliance issues for senior management.
