ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Gather and verify all necessary documentation for new business applications with insurers
•Provide prompt follow-up with partners throughout the new business process.
•Prepare accurate and complete submission documents to insurance carriers.
•Assist in proper documentation and maintenance of each application.
•Monitor application progress and follow up with underwriters as needed.
•Address underwriting queries and follow-up with financial representative on the necessarysupporting documentation.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
•Provide post-sales policy servicing request where required.
•Maintain accurate clients’ records and management reports
•Familiar with insurance product and underwriting requirements.
•Perform administrative tasks, such as organizing medical examination and logistic for newleads, preparing insurance forms and policy contract package
•Participate in internal & external continuous training and learning programs.
•Participate in general improvement of internal process
