The day-to-day

• Serve as the main focal point for customer needs and requirements for all aspects of the Viasat system and service to deliver and grow the accounts

• Support Designers and Product Developers with taking down fit comments during a fit session

Sample Development

• Accurately measure and log garment measurements at each sample stage
• Flag up any initial fit issues based on measurements
• Attend fittings to familiarize yourself with fit and fabric aspects of a garment, to understand how they affect cost and timelines
• Execute and translate fit comments in a timely manner to ensure sample development stays in line with overall timelines

Purpose of your role

As a Singapore Client Manager you will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of service to OFX customers by identifying foreign exchange solutions to fit their needs, booking deals with accuracy, and following up with clients diligently to meet individual and group conversion targets. The Client Manager is responsible for a customer’s journey from registration to the time of booking their first international payment – following up by phone or email as required. Also, they will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key corporate accounts.

What you do 

• Be the first point of contact on all issues relating to the international payment process
• Deliver unparalleled customer service to clients and internal stakeholders via telephone and email
• Manage high call and email volumes and deliver outcomes within defined timeframes
• Interact with new and existing clients on inbound/outbound calls and emails
• Promote customer conversions by selling the benefits of OFX service compared to that of its competitors
• Understand and disseminate information relating to currency fluctuations and financial markets
• Complete the activation of customer registrations
• Set up new client accounts and explain how our online service works
• Follow up with unverified clients, compliance and AML regulation issues
• Complete KYC questioning on new clients up and follow up in a timely manner
• Quote prices, manage/set client margins and accurately book international transfers
• Respond to client queries across all facets of the payment process including tracking funds and coordinating responses with Operations and Settlements
• Respond and clear the Customer Service inbox
• Complete the Credit Breach Report for APAC on a daily basis.
• Gain knowledge of, remain up to date on and work within legislation relevant to the role, e.g. AML, KYC
