The Job

As Tax Manager, you will support the Head of Tax in managing all tax aspects in Asia related to Novo Holdings investment activities, as well as the tax aspects of new strategic initiatives and corporate structure for the Novo Nordisk Foundation. You will:

• Drive selected tax compliance processes and internal controls in for Novo Holdings and Novo Nordisk Foundation.
• Provide timely tax support to the investment teams throughout the investment process and independently manage all tax aspects related to Novo Holdings investment activities in Asia.
• Provide advice in relation to new investments and corporate structures from a tax perspective and drive selected tax due diligence processes.
• Ensure tax risks and opportunities are well understood, monitors the quality of technical advice/opinions, and tax ruling submissions.
• Implement and maintain tax policies and guidelines in internal investment processes.
• Drive tax compliance processes and internal controls in Asia.
• Monitor and drive compliance with corporate tax legislation in all relevant jurisdictions.
• Have extensive knowledge on financial legislative issues, within taxation.
• Proactively monitor changes on tax laws or administrative practice on relevant to investments in Asia across different investment types (direct investments, co-investments and funds).
• Identify best-in-class tax advisors to support the specific needs of the investment teams and maintain external partnerships to ensure advisors deliver the best service.
• Support the Head of Tax on the Responsible tax agenda.
• Participate in the technology initiatives for process improvement, proactively streamlining procedures and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues from Finance, legal and other Corporate Services functions.
• From time to time, you may be required to collaborate on an ad-hoc basis with other Finance Teams (i.e. Accounting, Investment Operations).

In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Tax (based in Denmark) and Managing Partner, Head of Asia (based in Singapore).

• ·A minimum of 8 years’ investment-related tax experience in Asia.
• A Bachelor degree in Accounting/Law/Economics/Business Administration or comparable professional qualifications.

Principal Accountabilities:-

• Supervise and monitor the quality of welding works and progress

The purpose of this role is to provide leadership of the Regulatory Affairs organization in the JAPAC region, and to ensure the development and execution of robust regulatory strategies and execution of filing plans leading to the successful approval of competitive products in the region. The Regional Regulatory Affairs Lead will build and maintain both internal and external executive-level relationships including but not limited to key regulatory agencies, trade associations and other external forums.

Responsibilities

Strategy and Execution

• Leadership and high-level oversight and advice to the leader(s) of Regional and Local regulatory filing teams in the preparation of robust regulatory strategies for the JAPAC region.

• Guide the Global and Regional regulatory filing teams, spanning both pipeline and marketed products, to develop successful regulatory strategies for initial registration and life-cycle management in the JAPAC region.

Background

As the adoption of Salesforce for critical applications in the enterprise accelerates, so does the requirement for our prospects and customers to learn more about how we keep their data secure.  The Trust & Security Advisor will be the interface between Salesforce Security and our customers and prospects to ensure they are successful with their own internal compliance and vendor-management efforts related to Salesforce.

ONLY Candidates based in Singapore with working eligibility will be considered. We are not providing any relocation for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Understand our business and the problems we are trying to tackle, deeply, when it comes to our core security services

• Support the sales and pre-sales teams in responding to customer risk and security questionnaires and queries

• Build customer trust through managing and hosting in-person customer/prospect security meetings

• Be the Salesforce field expert for the Salesforce trust story covering security, architecture, reliability, performance, privacy and compliance.

• Interface with Product Management and Security teams to ensure all the latest security features and capabilities are accurately represented in customer responses

• Collaborate with the Salesforce Legal, Privacy and other teams on customer-specific contract requirements

• Interface to Salesforce security engineering and product management teams

• Ensure teams are aware of gaps in our security/compliance capabilities that are impacting customers and prospects.

• Ensure field sales, services and partner teams are consistently enabled with the latest and best positioning around Salesforce security and compliance  

• Gather customer security/compliance requests, and liaison with Salesforce product managers to maintain a security product roadmap

• Provide input and assist in developing compliance-related documentation: white papers, standard questionnaires, security best practices, etc.

• Develop SME capabilities for selected Salesforce Services and work with the product teams and global SMEs within the team to stay updated on the latest developments. 

Desired Qualifications

• Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)

• 12+ years of experience in information security, governance, and compliance.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure. 

• Understanding the architectural and security nuances.

• Excellent cross-functional teamwork and interpersonal skills across product, security, Marketing, Field Sales, and more.

• Familiarity with one or more security and regulatory frameworks:  NIST 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, CSA, Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Outsourcing Guidelines and TRM, Personal Data Protection laws in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam etc, BNM Outsourcing guidelines and Risk Management in IT (RMiT) etc. 

• Managed one or more compliance certifications/audits, either as an auditor or responder (FedRAMP, PCI-DSS, ISO27001, SOC-1/2, IRAP/ISMS, MTCS, etc.)

• Experience with completing customer security/compliance questionnaires

• Experience interpreting the intent of specific customer questions, and mapping them to industry standard controls

• Familiarity with public cloud architectures, security practices and compliance documentation

• Experience working in the Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Superannuation, Telecommunication services industry

As Key Account Lead (Zalora), you will drive operational excellence and seamless customer experience on digital marketplace platform while consistently maintaining the H&M brand. The role will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to drive and transform the customer experience while maximizing financial returns. You work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues. 

Key responsibilities

• Execute on the activity plans for the brand on external marketplace. Gain familiarity with the commercial agenda of our partners, maximize selling peaks, drive strong customer awareness and conversion through executing all campaigns, commercial activities and promotional events in the most optimized manner.
• Build and maintain brand health on the platform in terms of accurate & relevant catalogue, content, callouts, assortment and offer. 
• Explore and implement best practices for marketplace inventory fulfillment; identify areas for improvement that can lead to cost savings, greater efficiencies and profitability. 
• Make sure that all assets (creatives) utilized across marketplace platforms align with global guidelines
• Secure strong collaboration between external partners and develop strong internal relationships across functional areas such as merchandising, media, business tech and logistics to make sure day-to-day operations run seamless on the marketplace platform and help the brand optimize traffic, customer growth and revenue. 

As E-com Marketplace Manager, you will drive profitable sales and customer growth on digital marketplace platform through partner and assortment expansion while consistently maintaining the H&M brand. The role will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to drive and transform the customer experience while maximizing financial returns and building the business into a strategic profit center. You work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.

You are commercially driven, results-oriented, and thrive on using salesmanship to drive day-to-day optimization and executional excellence of our marketplaces. You have deep experience in e-commerce sales, with knowledge of how to translate data into insights that lead to hypothesis to test and action. Your interest in digital, product and assortment, analytical ability, and commercial skills enable you to constantly improve customer shopping experience in your markets. You are an experienced and proven leader with ability to lead effectively and create results in a highly complex environment. You enjoy teamwork and collaborate effectively with a group of diverse people to achieve set goals and targets. You have a strong business mindset, communicate well and you are comfortable in making decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure marketplace profitability and customer growth by building joint selling budget, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and marketplace partners; set, optimize, and secure strong activity plans for the brand on external marketplaces and gain familiarity with the commercial agenda of our partners, maximizing selling peaks through accurate forecasting and inventory planning.
• Collaborate with marketplace partners and local media team to set and deliver on marketing budgets and optimize both paid and owned channels to drive traffic, customer growth, and revenue. Explore and implement best practices for marketplace inventory fulfillment; identify areas for improvement that can lead to cost savings, greater efficiencies and profitability.
• Build and maintain brand health on the platform in terms of catalogue, content, callouts, assortment and offer, as well as own sales analysis, reporting ROI and developing sales through consistent follow-ups with our marketplace partners.
• You ensure marketplace branding experience by acting as a brand ambassador building the H&M brand in the marketplace digital environment and developing promotional events to drive strong customer awareness and conversion.
