Responsibilities EIA Sub team (Water):

• Technical support working closely with senior staff and Project Managers.
• Contributing to environmental projects and business growth in Singapore, SE Asia, and Asia (depending project opportunities) on technical aspects of one or more of the following: Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Monitoring and Management Plan(EMMP), Pollution Control Study, Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Due Diligence, etc.
• Will include extensive work for impact assessment in relation to surface water quality, including but not limited to hydrology/ metocean/ water quality modeling for this purpose
• Includes field work contribution for collection of water samples for baseline environmental work.
• Ability to work on a combination of these services will be highly regarded.
• Contributing to project presentations and client meetings with senior staff and Project Managers.
• Business development support for current and prospective clients.
• Support team manager in project and proposal management as well as administrative duties
• Comply with quality management on all work products.
• Shall carry out duties in accordance with quality and environmental management system, health and safety policies and procedures of the company
• Shall report quality, environmental, health and safety problems or any suggestions to his/her immediate superior
• Task budgeting and scheduling control.

Responsibilities (Acoustics):

• Provide support on Noise, Vibration and Building Acoustics, (both internal and environmental) working closely with Project Managers and Project Director.
• Contribute to environmental projects in Singapore, SE Asia, and Asia (depending on project opportunities) on the Noise and Vibration components
• Support in conducting Building Acoustics assessments
• Be responsible for writing reports and associated technical output with multinational clients and government agencies;
• Participate in key activities associated with the development of the Noise/ Vibration and Building Acoustics disciplines with the respective leads in each major country/region; attend weekly team meetings and participate in technical knowledge transfer sessions and technical conferences
• Perform site visit/inspection/assessment and supervise subcontractors as required for the projects handled
• Support other projects in Singapore and other regions as and when required
• Support team manager in project and proposal management as well as administrative duties
• Shall carry out duties in accordance with quality and environmental management system, health and safety policies and procedures of the company

This position, based in Singapore, will lead projects in PPD, ensuring the delivery of regional and global solutions, as driven by the business.  The position works with technical staff, business partners and senior management across organizational boundaries to obtain resources, schedule work activities and coordinate all areas to successfully complete project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Work with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, create estimates, and produce Project Charters and other documentation needed for funding approvals
• Plan and coordinate delivery of small-scale projects that span multiple organizations
• Set clear expectations with business partners to provide transparency into project initiation activities, and manage day-to-day interaction during project execution and delivery
• Perform project planning and scheduling, manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and find ways to accomplish project goals in the context of dynamic business/technical environments
• Provide customer service and communicate project status (timelines, progress, and challenges) to technology and business stakeholders regularly
• Achieve project goals by engaging effectively with stakeholders, including enterprise architects and strategists, technical subject matter experts, business partners, Visa senior management, technology vendors, and financial institutions and strategic partners, as needed
• Manage project budgets effectively by ensuring forecasts and actual charges are in line with approved bids and project costs are effectively controlled
• Anticipate change and identify ways to overcome challenges and constraints to keep project activities on schedule to meet or exceed business partner expectations
• Take initiative to exhaust all avenues to resolve issues/problems before involving management escalation
• Ensure project is in compliance with Visa's Project Management Methodology and Key Controls
• Keep project status updated in project management tools and maintain good records (e.g., project financials, schedule, issues, risks, change control decisions)
• As a global organization, there may be a need to attend calls/meetings after/before standard office hours during the week

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
