Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and perform cashiering duties.
• Attend to customers and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Handle customers’ feedback and complaints professionally.
• Promote products and optimise sales opportunities.
• Replenish products on the display shelves and counters whenever necessary.
• Ensure sample products are well-organized and in good working condition.
• Responsible for inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Assist in product visual merchandising duties at the store.
• Performing housekeeping duties to maintain store’s cleanliness and image.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in a retail operation.
• Must be able to work alone in store (Westgate only).
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Comfortable to handle the store alone.
• Must be comfortable to work in retail shift hours.

Prepare foods to the specifications of the client

Prepares food before the arrival of guests

Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns

Manages other employees in the kitchen

Acts as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature

Seasons food according to recipes or company needs

Orders ingredients and spices as needed

Operates various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer

Portions, arranges, and garnishes food based on client preference

Assists other cooks during the food assembly process

Keeps records and accounts of food purchases

• Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource and Administrative functions and activities, not limited to recruitment and selection, payroll administration, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training & development.
• Monitoring and assisting in work pass administration including new application, renewal, cancellation, and purchasing of security bonds, etc for the marine process
• Analyse needs, review HR policies and processes and recommend HR actions to ensure practices are in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Involve in grievance handling and disciplinary issues
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the information in all HRIS systems and physical documents such as payroll, employee records, leave system, employment contracts, etc
• Execute recruitment activities to meet business needs. Handling recruitment and selection processes, job offers, and internal salary benchmarking. Work closely with section managers on hiring requirements, ensure efficient and effective on-boarding and off-boarding activities including work pass application and orientation
• Advise internal customers on HR procedures and policies
• Prepare and analyze monthly reports for management
• Provide accurate information in surveys and liaison with government agencies
• Update human resources policies, ensuring compliance with government labor legislation on a regular basis.
• Prepare and submit statutory documents and all employer-related claims (NS makeup, maternity/paternity, childcare leave, annual income tax submission, IR21, etc.)
• Perform other administrative functions, projects, and assignments as tasked
• Manage employee inquiries on the HR processes and policies and proactively identify HR issues and provide timely resolutions
• Monitoring and keeping up-to-date training records
• Assisting in work injury compensation claims & staff insurance claims
• Assist in administrative support such as data entry, reports, work pass matter related, etc
• Provide HR customer service and respond in a manner to an internal and external party
• Preparation and submission of IR8A, and IR21, compiling statutory and other statistical information reports or surveys as required
• Ensure follow-up with Contractors on renewal of permits

Responsibilities

· Working very closely with sales and marketing team, acquire a deep understanding of the waste sources; identify the new opportunities for treatment and recovery and provide technical support to resale team on the commercialization of the recovery products.

· Source, develop and apply new treatment methods/processes/technologies of industrial wastes and thus enable the company’s technical leadership and competitiveness.

· Establish cost-effective treatment/recovery method for new incoming industrial waste through working closely with operation departments.

· Establish and expand the process and analytical capabilities in the laboratory.

· Develop and apply new technologies for waste treatment/management through collaboration with universities/research institutes.

· Drive the continuous improvement of operation treatment through process optimization or with alternative treatment method.

· Follow the existing system and documentation as per the procedures.

· Ensure good housekeeping in the laboratory and be responsible for the safety and environmental compliance of the new processes.

Remuneration Package

· Basic: S$4,500 to S$6,000

· Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)

· Company Transport / Transport Allowance if candidate possess own vehicle to work

Salary: up to $2,500 Basic + Allowances (Shift, Meal & Transport) $300 + OT
Work Days: 5 Days (Weekly Rotation 7:15am to 4pm / 2:15pm to 11pm from Mon to Fri)
Work Location: Boon Lay

Work Terms: 1 Year Contract (Renewable / Convertible to Perm)

Duties:

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store and record goods in warehouse.
• Receive incoming goods, check for any damages, discrepancies between goods vs invoices.
• Pick order, pack, receive and dispatch outbound goods according to requests or delivery orders.
• Maintain up-to-date stock and inventory records.
• Perform other routine administrative activities such as updating SAP system transaction, inventory records, transfer, delivery and dispatch forms.

Requirements:

• Must have valid forklift licence
• Computer literate - Inventory and warehouse management (WMS)
• Sense of urgency and meticulous
• Able to work weekly rotating shifts
