5.To coordinate with site supervisors, workers, vendors, sub-contractors

• To identify and establish distribution and marketing channels, as well as database acquisition and maintenance that support or strengthen the goal of each restaurant and bar, including top line sales, or access to new, high value loyalty members and customers.
• To track, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing strategies and statics, as well as community partnership developed for each restaurant and bar to determine top line sales impact and ROI.
• The duties may include corporate social responsibility, staff recruitment, staff performance review, staff training and managing disciplinary issue (if any).

Responsibilities

1) Invoicing:

a. Taking over from Customer Service (“CS”) department the invoicing function

b. Coordinate with CS department in getting relevant info and supporting for invoicing and ensure timely billing to customer

2) Transaction Processing:

a. Collect customer cheques from Admin and prepare bank in slips.

b. Update cash book balances and AR report.

c. Process AR receipts by matching customer payment with sales invoices.

d. Follow up with customer for any over/under payment.

e. Follow up with customers for overdue invoices.

f. Prepare intercompany invoice.

g. Prepare and post receipts journal in ERP system

h. Check staff claims in accordance to Company’s limts of authority before payment processing.

i. Prepare cheques / Giro for staff salary and staff claims

j. Generate / send debtors’ monthly statements of account.

k. Prepare monthly AR report and sales reconciliation.

l. Send pdf of debtors’ statements of account to salesperson every month

m. Monitoring of accounts receivable movement and updating the Sales department on long overdue accounts.

n. Account coding of staff claims for recognition of expenses.

o. Filing of invoices and AR receipts.

p. Liaise with auditors for document vouching during year end audit.

3) Maintenance of Accounting Records:

a. Input all AR receipts for the month into accounting database-AR module.

b. Post transactions to the GL module after entries have been reviewed

Requirements

a. Min Diploma (Accounting/LCCI) with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable function

b. Well organized, meticulous, detail oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills

c. Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel

Remuneration Package

· Basic: S$2,900 to S$3,300

· Company Transport / Transport Allowance $120 if candidate possess own transport

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for day to day project supervision for new construction/conversion/repairs of vessels

· Ensure work assigned is carried out effectively and productively in order to meet customer specifications and requirements

· Deploy effective utilization of manpower and material resources in the department.

· Liaising with other departments on daily production schedule

· Assist in Planning of department manpower projections

· Assess and plan weekly manpower deployment and allocation of repair vessel to Sub-contractor

· Obtain and monitor drawings/ technical information

· Attend assigned project progress meeting/HAT meeting

· Assess staff work performance under his charge as required

· Identify training needs for his men

· Monitor job progress and man hours of the assigned project

· Study and evaluate the work processes and methods of the department and explore new ideas to improve work quality and productivity

· Liaise with owners’ representative and/or class surveyor during witness/inspection

· Highlight areas of need to other trades to clear their work (e.g. temporary lightings, staging, closing of access, etc.)

· Conduct RA assessment/ BBS observation/ hazard reporting

Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering

· 2 -3 years relevant experience in Electrical operations in marine industry

· Knowledge of class requirements will be advantageous

· Knowledge of ship’s electrical system, control system and their classification requirements

· Able to interpret technical/electrical drawings and specification

· Possess man-management experience for workers and subcontractors

· Able to work on weekends and public holidays due to project’s requirements

· Able to work under outdoor conditions, including grease and dust

Responsibilities:

1. To oversee and manage all operation activities and ensure safety measures are in place, especially after office hour, night and weekend.
2. To help individual plant shift supervisor to manage the shift operations and monitor shift staff discipline to ensure all operation activities are carried out safely and smoothly.
3. To coordinate key matters among all departments as well as contractors and authorities, such as job arrangement and staff allocation, attend authority visitors, etc.
4. To work as SIC/SMC after office hour to coordinate and manage all emergency events.
5. If it is required, to involve in individual plant project, system modification, major shutdown, etc.
6. To monitor and manage the CCR system.
7. To check department daily activities and to make sure that staff are following the SOP.
8. To countercheck firefighting equipment has and make sure it is in good working condition.
9. To check all departments break time (tea & lunch/dinner) during night shift, weekend and Public holiday.
10. To assist the individual plant manager and lead the EHS leads to follow up and close the EHS findings.

Requirement

1. At least Diploma in Engineering or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Chemistry or equivalent
2. At least 1 year working experience in supervisory role and process plant
3. Able to perform 12-hr rotating shift

Remuneration Package

1. Basic: S$2,600 – S$2,900
2. Entitled to shift allowance, if perform shift

4. Company Transport / Transport Allowance if candidate possess own transport
5. Working hours: Shift work (8am to 8pm; 8pm to 8am)

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a maintenance team ensuring fleet availability for client
• Manage planned maintenance activities
• Conduct troubleshooting of systems onboard vessels
• Supervise and guide workers in mainenance tasks
• Coordinate with suppliers , contractors when required
• Coordinate with Owner Rep on issues pertaining to maintenance task
• Any tasks as directed by Site Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or NTC in Mechanical or Marine Engineering or related
• Possess knowledge in Mechanical, Engines and Electrical principles
• Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Able to work during weekends and public holidays and on odd-hours
• Willing to work in Brani area, with company transport provided
