RESPONSIBILITIES :

♦ Perform Pre-delivery Inspection (PDI) inclusive of local modification/enhancement on new machines.

♦ Able to read and understand electrical drawing

♦ Good understanding of mobile elevated work platforms installation, repair and maintenance

♦ Perform full machine inspection on customer’s and rental fleet’s machine to advise Team Leader on findings and recommendations.

♦ Perform workshop repairs to customer’s and rental fleet’s machines on the product range that are carried by Manitou Center Singapore.

♦ Perform spare parts verification against picking list prior to machine repairs. ♦ Perform Used Machines refurbishments on product lines carried by Mantou Center Singapore.

♦ To assist in PE inspection for new, rental and customer machines inclusive of carrying out load test.

♦ To assist/support Field Service Operation as and when required.

♦ To be responsible for workshop cleanliness and tidiness.

♦ To be Environmentally and Safety conscious.

♦ Any other technical related aspects as and when required.

The Person

. ITE or NTC 2/3 in Mechanical / Automotive .

. Minimum 2-3 years of Workshop service support.

. Class 3 driving license.

. Forklift license ( is preferred but not compulsory )

• Attend to phone calls from customers
• Any other duty assigned by supervisor from time-to-time

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum 2 years of customer service working experience
• Experience in Motorsports or automobile repair would be an added advantage.
• Nitec in Automotive Technology
• Ability to provide technical advice on performance vehicle repairs and is knowledgeable about repair estimates would be an added advantage
• Class 3 driving license
• Willing to work on Saturdays (half day)
