Royal Beauty Salon Pte Ltd is currently seeking skilled Master Hairstylist / Hair Consultant to provide exceptional saloon services in a professional atmosphere.

As Royal Beauty Salon Pte Ltd Beautician / Hair Consultant, you are the most technically advanced and constantly educated beauty parlour expert, committed to positively enriching our team and clients. Exceed clients’ needs and expectations by providing individualized services and treatments.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -

· Must have 3-4 years of beauty parlour experience in precision haircut, Hair Colouring and styling.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible for the overall operations and business results of the Beauty Parlour.

· Acts as an expert in hair analysis is informed and educated in correlating beauty parlour retail product offerings.

· Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with clients and to ensure client satisfaction.

· Assess staff performance and work quality and make hiring decisions.

· Ensure beauty parlour regulations: appearance, update, cleanliness and sanitation.

· Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry.

· Must provide training needs for the team and access training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques for the team.

· Actively participate in advance training or ongoing education in the latest fashion and trend.

· Ability to excel in an environment that sets goals, tracks progress, and strives for growth.

· Strong professional presentation, technical ability, relationship building and communication skill.

· Adhere to saloon policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

SELECTION CRITERIA: -

Selection Criteria applies to candidates applying via online or via internal recommendation:

· Relevant work (Beauty Parlour) experience of 3-4 years.

· Must have experience in Precision Haircut, Hair Colouring and styling.

· Knowledge of chemicals for hairstyles including colouring agents and solutions that change hair texture.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible for the overall operations and business results of the Saloon.

• Required to communicate well in response to sales enquiries
• Ability to generate quotations for handling of air/sea and local transportation
• Can liaise with all relevant suppliers and co-ordinate the execution of the job, which wil include the need to monitor the shipments and resource planning
• May be required to work on weekends and public holidays occasionally
• Candidate should ideally be able to multi-task, fast learner, diligent and interested to learn the business

Location: Redhill

Duration: 6 months contract (convertible - perm)

Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)

1. Assist on accommodation bookings/pick-ups for VIPs from overseas
2. Making lunch/dinner reservation
3. Maintain contacts information on Outlook
4. Scanning of documents for e-archiving
5. Disseminating signed documents
6. Filing of documents
7. Handling of incoming and outgoing Mails.
8. Provide support on company events
9. Assist on preparing and distribution of hampers and gifts to business associates
10. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Executive Chairman

• Minimum Diploma or Degree with some administrative/ secretarial experiences

Job Purpose

Ensure smooth operation of all the Bar Outlets in all aspects, including bar stock, staffing, quality and cleanliness.

Responsible for the profitability of the Bar Operations.

Basic Functions:

1. Ensure that there is sufficient stock in all outlets, schedule staff, oversee operation, conducting monthly stock-take, submission of claims, control expenses and wastage of materials.
2. Responsible for the profitability of the Bar Operations.

Job duties in detail

1. Liaise with the F&B Operations Manager and Outlet Heads on operational aspects.
2. Communicate all matters to bar staff, explain objectives and expectations.
3. Arrange with relevant Department Heads on rectification of defects and other matters.
4. Prepare weekly duty roster, submit claims of staff.
5. Monitor revenue of beverage and tobacco items and compare to budget. Prepare actions to achieve sales target, observe staff performance and correct if necessary.
6. Prepare annual staff performance appraisal; ascertain that rules and regulations are abided by staff.
7. Handles complaints and bring such complaints and other relevant matters to the attention of the F&B Operations Manager.
8. Responsible for the efficient operation of the POS system and ensure that all Members’ Chits are accurately billed.
9. Responsible for the profitability of the Bar Operations.
10. Provide leadership and train staff.
11. Render full support to Banquet and Events; and other F&B Outlets when required.

1. Must qualify for mandatory documentations to work in Changi Airport (i.e. Airport Pass administered by Airport Police)

2. Rotational shift work (e.g. week 1 - 0800H to 1700H // week 2 - 1300H to 2200H // week 3 - 1800H to 0300H // week 4 - 0100H to 1000H etc)

3. Work environment subjected weather elements (i.e. no shelter at airport tarmac, under rain / sun)

4. Proficient communications in English (to liaise with various stakeholders operating at the flights)

5. Basic literacy in Microsoft office (for generating & submitting of daily operational / incident reports etc)

6. Point of contact for client's operational counterparts; to coordinate & implement changes as directed.

7. Possession a valid Airfield Driving Permit (ADP) would be a bonus.
