1. Responsible for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meeting requirements within allocated budget.
2. Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
3. Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance.
4. Investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement.
5. To Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks through out the Company.
6. All other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
