We are seeking a manager to oversee the production operations of motor controllers, including printed circuit board assembly, and ensure alignment with company objectives and global headquarters. This role requires leadership in managing teams, optimizing manufacturing processes, maintaining equipment reliability, and implementing production plans to meet business goals. Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management:

• Conduct Goods Received Notes (GRN) for all incoming materials.

• Monitor and support in disposal, waste segregation and waste management activities as per NEA requirements.

Stock Monitoring & Reporting:

• Monitor inventory for missing or lost items and report any discrepancies to management promptly.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products and materials, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Generate product labels as per customer requirements and ensure correct labelling for outgoing shipments.

Requirements

• Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
