1. Practicum

• Secure and administer Practicum Site placements
• Source new Practicum Sites
• Maintain EduTrust compliance standards for all practicum and clinical supervision-related documentation

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ap and costing administration support
• Maintain accurate and compliance standard entries for ap with full supporting documents / ap data entry and prepare payment run, monthly ap & inter-company reconciliation.

• Assist in the incorporation of new companies, registration of Singapore Branches and other entities, striking off, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and the relevant laws
• Perform ACRA e-filings
• Responsible for preparing directors/shareholders resolutions, relevant statutory forms and other related documents for on-going corporate secretarial matters, opening of bank accounts, change of bank signatories and etc.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of relevant provisions of Singapore Companies Act a plus
