Job Responsibilities

1. Research and analyze market trends, formulate marketing strategies, and promote the promotion and sales of products or services.

2. Formulate and implement marketing plans, including integrated marketing plans for online and offline channels.

3. Responsible for branding and publicity activities, including social media, advertising and promotions.

4. 4. Assist in writing marketing copy, information and promotional materials to ensure that information is accurately conveyed and attracts target audiences.

5. 5. Work with internal teams to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.

Job requirements

1. College degree or above, marketing, advertising, media or related professional background.

2. Have good market analysis and marketing strategy formulation capabilities.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to work effectively with clients and teams.

4. Be familiar with digital marketing tools and social media platforms, and understand basic principles such as SEO and SEM.

5. Creative thinking, able to propose innovative marketing plans and activities.

6. Applicants with relevant marketing or sales experience will be given priority.

1. Salary Range $3.5k to 4k + 5% Sales Commission. (Other option package applicable)

Senior Executive, Learning

Learning Operations

• Administer, push and track take-up rate of training nominations and registration
• Plan, organize, coordinate and set up related training logistics
• Coordinate and partner with external vendors on the training
• Maintaing annual training calendar and support in the communication, engagement and implementation of approved training programs in Singapore and global offices when required
• Assist in Learning needs exercise when required
• Setup learning programs in the system and ensure learning synopsis are updated in the learning catalogue
• Educate the enterprise in using the system and address any queries
• Resolve system issues and propose enhancements to improve user experience and learning operation efficiency

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, HR or related discipline
• At least 5 years training operations required
• Experience in presenting data using info-graphics and in development training related EDMs
• Possess in-depth experience with SAP-SuccessFactor LMS
