• Administer and configure infrastructure systems and applications, network devices, desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices.
• Ensure systems are backed up automatically, recovery plans and disaster recovery plans and patches are carried out successfully and monitor the systems’ resources usage closely.
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.
• Draft and update technical documentation such as administration & user guides.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and/or Certification in CCNA
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience
• Proficient in enterprise networking, including WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization implementation and support
• Skilled in administering Microsoft Server 2012 and later, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products/services
• Familiar with internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy and Firewall
