About the role

about the job

Key duties include but are not limited to:

• Handle the end-to-end process from origination, structuring deals, to execution, credit analysis and post-loan
• Build and manage relationship with a portfolio of bank clients, fortify the bank's position in the sector/market, thereby remaining top-of-mind for new and existing bank clients
• Initiate strategies to origination of deals and clients to grow the business
• Cross-collaboration with interdepartmental teams to successfully execute transactions, going on client meetings/ joint meetings and partnering with products team to address client’s business needs and grow wallet share
• Selling and cross-selling of banking products and services such as including loans, transaction banking, trade finance, cash, deposits, FX, Debt and Equity capital markets etc
• Stay informed and keep track of market dynamics, changes in regulations, prevailing risks, and sharing relevant insights with the team

skills and experience required

• Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Banking & Finance and Economics
• At least 4 years of credit and/or coverage relationship manager experience in corporate banking, preferably in the FI (banks portfolio) space
• Strong knowledge in credit analysis
• Well-versed in banking products such as treasury, trade finance, cash, deposits, FX, Debt and Equity capital markets etc

• Minimum of 7 years in the healthcare industry, with a focus on cardiac rhythm management, clinical sales, or product marketing.
• Proven expertise in analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities in CRM.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a knack for innovation.
• Willingness to travel extensively within APAC to engage with stakeholders and teams.
