Main Functions & Responsibilities:

1. People Management

• Managing and mentoring a group of sales & customer service team to achieve sales target, customer satisfaction and performances goals
• Setting individual sales target & measure (KPI) with the sales team

5. Marketing

• Work closely with Marketing for promotional plan design
• Stay on current market trends and competitive activity

Overview

A role is being created within our Singapore Investment Operations department. This is a position for someone who is wanting to build on their financial services career within a dynamic department that is investing in infrastructure in order to support our front office and wider business while operating at scale. Investment Operations Department Roles and Responsibilities

The Investment Operations team is currenlty made up of two sub units across London and Singapore. The successful candidate will initially be placed within Fund Operations:

• Fund Operations (currently London) aligns members of the team to certain investment teams or strategies. These individuals become SMEs in the remaining operational workings of the respective funds, after which cross-training occurs.
